Hey all
I recieved my $10 free on gala casinopoker i deposited also $12 so i could play the 5R 10k after u deposit the restrictions must be off the account and ofc that was not happen so tried to contact live chat nobody responding afte rlate reg was already done and lifted up my restrictions now im had a chat with livechat about it wanted a compenstation for it and then she comes with terms of conditions that not casinopoker fault so i say there is nothing in terms of conditions that says i could not play what i want if i depositd lol after that she comes with the times of deposit and everything also make no sense im not from UK everything is one hour earlier there so the times what she mentioned was +1 hour after all this she stills says its not gala casinopoker fault make this any sense to u guys
better stay of the site the customer service sucks and they dont want to admit that they are wrong

Yes mate, the customer service sucks big time, you have to wait ages before anyone is available then they are pretty useless at sorting out any problems. I played the casino there for a bit and decided not to stay as i never received the promotional offers (first deposit etc) and support basically told me to stop messaging them about it
