it's doable (29 or 30th- sat/sun could be the date). depends only from the donors...BRM has given a huge base to start from regarding the Christmas tourney, without anything similar for "New Year's Tourney" it will be a lot harder to make the prize-pool look attractive enough imo...

actually i changed my mind here- i think it makes no sense creating a New Year's tourney, since we will have that special $1000 freeroll- where only brm members will play- sure the field will be bigger and gameplay probably looser, but still all of them will be brm members, and i think you will find lots of same players from yesterdays tourney...so i think we should go for next bigger date- dunno what, maybe easter, maybe sth else...

Better safe that idea for Easter BRM Home Game, "share your egg, get the basketful", so there won't be any mixed events. Pochui's right. Ok, not all that would like will have the chance to participate on that $1,000 freeroll because they maybe haven't opened enough doors, but i also agree we shouldn't start entering on too much of this type of action. Every once in a while is just perfect!

Well done guys....you pulled it off and had some winners who took home a nice little stash. Such a shame I couldnt have been there with you. Think the idea of an Easter bunny BAsh sounds like a great idea and will look forward to being able to join in.
Hi guys, who said the $1k freeroll is 01-01-13, I know I have ticked enough doors and have had no notice or such.
With regard to home tourney's - we could schedule for a given day or date, like first Saturday in the month, try to get brm to chip in $10 added to prize pool, play "The Big Game*" format, I think 2 x chance, 22c, 3000 chips, 10 minute levels, maybe co-promote with PS.
* PLHE pre flop NLHE post flop.
I also like the idea of a mixed game, The Big Game format HE, Omaha, HE, Omaha H/L.

i like this idea- BRM supported regular tourneys, say monthly ones. dunno if brm would be interested in piling in the cash though...i will ask admin, maybe he forwards the question to someone else...
