Ihave noticed that the late registration for the freerolls that are offering tickets to a weekly round 2.
late reg is open for 18 levels in these tournaments, (which i believe is just shy of 3 hours).
I have won 2 tickets already registering 2 and a half hours late. at this point there is about 800 people remaining of the 8000. granted i am very short stack i have a lot less bingo to play to make the tournament ticket.

Hehehehe nice one..
I also saw recently on 2+2 someone posts a MASSIVE exploit in hyper-turbo satellites on PS ; if you disconnect from the table then it grants you extra time to reconnect - and you can literally continue to do this so your entire table doesn't play a hand until it goes down to the hand-hand action at which point pretty well your whole table will grab a seat.
Not that I advocate cheating - however, the reason it was posted on 2+2 is because the person noticed this a few months back and has been complaining to Stars ever since to fix it / compensate him for the games he has lost to people using this tactic. So ultimately he posted the method and said EVERYONE do this and force Stars to fix it so people can't do it.. So maybe get in while you still can... ???

I also joined the action on such a freeroll, but it was a freeroll with money prize and even with such a short stack i managed to finish on the 99th place.
As you imagine it really was a fold/shove situation, there is really no other strategy that you could implement.

in freerolls even when you are 100BB deep people are playing push/fold in level 1. so why not just join level 18 and start push fold then? there is no real chip ev in a tournament that awards 250 places of the same prize, its based on your ability to survive.
and since i can survive this tournament for 18 levels without a worry of losing a single chip it seems alright to me.
i dont usualy play these weekly freeroll qualifyers but i had busted all my tables and i noticed 1 was in late reg 1hour 45 minutes so i joined with 500 players remaining, i won a single flip and folded my way to victory.

Yea i just recently won a ticket in one of these Round 1 tournaments on fulltilt, placed 16th with 170,000+ chips.. just gotta wait now until sunday to play Round 2 :/ thats good news.. but i was just in a $150 freeroll on Fulltilt, about 10,000 people in it.. got all the way down to 147 players left, a big stack shoved UTG postflop, everyone folded round to me on the button and i call with my stack just underneath his, he shows JJ.. I have AA then right up until the the river he hits a J after all that hard work (5 or 6 hours play) in a stupid freeroll, never been so angry in my life lol so yh.. never playing those again.

So are these the Freerolls that allows you to win tickets to the Sunday game? They used to have freerolls in which you could win tickets to a $1000 Freeroll or ticket entry on Sunday. The Freerolls to win these tickets registered 10,000 entries. I'm just curious if it's the same as it used to be and these were every other freeroll.

They are same as last year and u can accumilate tickets i usually start early and try to make 35-50k and sit out a few times dep on blinds , when it reaches 400 payers or so, but becarefull u dont get blinded out..but because players stil want to battle u can usually get a ticket with even 15k ive done it with 8k once.late start is poss to but expect 2 shove a few times u will be short stacked either way if u judge correctly u can get a ticket some of the times. keep ur eyes on blinds and players left most important..methodical approach best.

Hey! They improve it... Now I play the freeroll and late reg is allowed up to 3 level - it's about 35 min, so not 2 hours anymore. Anyone could confirm it ?
I reg at last seconds, and there only 1200 left of 2600, so half of players are out

Still haven’t took a look that close. I don’t know if the late reg lasts that long. There’s always a sit limit, perhaps at the time I go to find some of these action the room is more crowded and I don’t get to find these opportunities of registering that late. At 19h00 (WET), I don’t get to see the late reg option for more than half an hour. But thanks for the advice.
