Wow what a story, wish i could do that but i was wondering i got $50 dollar bankroll to play at CD poker where should i start if i play at regular play tables ? 0,05/0,10 or 0,50/1,00 ?

I dont know why they do that guess they are trying to give people a softer start. I got my friend to try out poker and got him signed in here at BRM he also complained about his CD account he could only play limit. You have to earn some points before you can play no limit. A couple of hours grind and you'll be "free"

The tighter bankroll management you use the smaller chance of going busto. Min 20 BI's(max buy-in 5% of total roll) but I prefer the double as minimum.
Discipline is imo 1 of the most important aspects of poker, mostly the right thing to do is not what you want to do, here your discipline should take over and make you do the right thing instead letting your emotions take control. And the long hours with dry spell needs discipline to get through aswell.
If you want to build a bankroll play levels you can beat and work your way up. Don't be macho and stay in games with opponents better than you, find easy targets and crush them.
It's also very important to have a desire to win it will bring you a long way.
To sum it up
Bankroll management after own choice depending on level/game/your style of play.
Table selection(find games you can beat)
Discipline/selfcontrol/patience/desire to win
Respect opponent untill he shows you should not.

I think if you can make 3K from just 25$ you have the right to brag about it I would do it even if I made my first 1K so 3K is quite an achievement congrats and I hope you can maintain this level of play good luck but in your case I guesse I have to say good skill
