crashes all the time and when call customer service they tell you its your internet connection..... kicked me of a cash table in the middle of a big hand for site maintenance...... proper jokers called them and they sad they knew nothing about maintenance DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY YOU HAVE BEEM WARNED

i called customer service they said they knew nothing about any maintenance then after i rang 3 times they said yeah the site was shut down due to maintenance...... was offered no sort of refund or compensation so i closed my account down........ and what i shouldnt let people know that the site is a joke ?

I didn't exactly have a good experience with Titan either. Got an email here at brm, advertising the $20 free signup package. $7 tokens, $3 cash, $5 bets and $5 casino. The email very clearly stated in black and white to click the link, which takes you to titans page offering the same bonus. In the email it says to install and then contact TITANS online support, and give them code 20FREE1, which I did.
The online rep, as well as their supervisor argued with me for 20 minutes, telling me I had misread, and it was a different offer I had accepted, and I had to contact BRM. Too bad BRM shows no pending offers, and I even provided them screenshots of both the email BRM sent, AND the page I landed on that stated the $20 offer, yet they refused to honor it and repeatedly insinuated that I was lying and had somehow doctored the screenshots.
Long story short, my experience with Titan started and ended with their customer service, and if that's any reflection of how they run things, then I as well would advise people NOT to play on their site. I will give them the courtesy of allowing the 24-48 hours they asked for to "check things out" but after that, I will contact admin and forward what happened, perhaps they will reconsider their business relations with a site that doesn't honor their offers.
The funnies thing about this is, I could easily deposit if I wanted, and only accepted the offer as I heard they had their own version of rush poker, which I wanted to do a review on. Figured why not do it with free money. When I told them this and gave them links to my site and YT channel, and told them the bad press they would be getting, they didn't seem the least bit phased.
THIS right here is EXACTLY why small rooms fester and die. If you can't treat your customers right, then you'll never succeed as a business.

It beats the hell out of me why this sort of thing happens on poker and casino sites. Whether it's by design or a genuine mistake it should never happen. This is the very first experience of the site that everyone taking a no deposit bonus gets. I should imagine less than 1% will bother returning if they can't even get the first contact with them right.

its not only titan that has this connection trouble,its all ipoker rooms,or unexplained maintenance,as for titan in general they have been good too me,in general
But they always give 10 min warnings, or some kind of warning and suggest players log out,and then log in

i did get the 10 min warning but as it flashed up so fast didnt really get a chance to read to properly and as i was playing on a cash table i thought they would at least wait untill the hand was over before booting me off site lol but no i was in the middle of a 50 dollar hand didnt get to see turn or flop which would of took the hand value up to at least 100 dollars ..... who woulda won we will never know lol i rang customer service guy who could hardly speak english and all i was told was it was my connection that was the problem and they had no site maintenance issues and for me to check my connection i told the guy it wasnt my connection as i was playing on stars at the the same time but he wasnt having any of it so after 3 or 4 phone calls finally spoke to an english speaking guy and he apologized and told me yes they did have site maintenance and that was the cause of me being booted and offered to let specialist team deal with it but by this time i was pissed off and got them to close my account over phone with about 10 dollars still in it .... but as this was from welcome package i wasnt bothered one little bit i will never deposit or play on there again

Retribution I have completely same experience with them. I also registered there just because this offer I followed instructions and ofcourse online support told me that I am not eligible to use that promotion and I should contact my advertiser (BRM). That offer is one big scam probably from their site.

Bad things start to appear after merger with others poker rooms,seems the servers do not handle well the increased traffic.Same stuff for the other iPoker rooms.About the online support is is low in all iPoker network(William Hill,Expekt,so).We are going down as a maankind,lowering the quality in everything

TITAN will not open account that you risk being robbed, I stole my account 100EUR and did not want to give me money back. are the biggest thieves so be careful.

ipoker must be having some problems with the servers! ipoker have lots of skins and maybe thats why they have so many problems with the internet conections and all of that stuff!

Yeah when i used to play at titan poker it happened to me a few times.. i wouldn't say alot but since i used to play there SNG HU usually turbo or hyper i had to reconnect and a few times i would have lost the match by sitting out.. which was very very annoying. I never had that problem with any other site tho so i can't explain it.
Another thing that's quite annoying there is the constant costumer service people who engage in conversation with you without your approval even when your in a middle of games and they will bore you with deposit bonus conditions etc etc..
Besides that the software is quite nice and all in all i enjoyed playing there..

I'm only hooked up on PokerStars,....but after reading this and various other threads about the many poker sites and the problems theirin, PokerStars even with all the shennannigans there with bingo queens and duplicate accounts, keeps looking better and better all the time to me...
It just seems there was a flood of fly-by-night poker sites over the last year or so,....and I just figure best to stay away in the first place....
oh how is ipoker wrong well lets take a look at the dirtydozen its impossible yet i have won against stronger players on similar 9 handed pot sized games 20 times in a row not just four, how come i get 3 then on 4 th for jackpot i get emmotionally bumfkd by a sick old randomite. show me 1 player out of you 500000 brm members who has won this simple task of winning four games in a row, ive won four tournaments in a row 300 plus field ffs.
