G'day mates.
This thread is meant to be an announcement area for Mobsters to tell us what tournys there playing in, this is so players can rail and support each other and perhaps learn a few things by watching others play. I am currently playing in a 2.20 NL Holdem (1K gtd) tournament on PStars. there is 180 players left. I suffered a bad beat but I still plan to make the money and hoping to run deep. I will update later.

------------ Ok we are now on a break and I am still doing ok. There is 125 players left and the top 117 make the money. I WILL make the money in this Tourny. My chip count is 6105 which puts me in 74th position but I am not worried. Will update again later. looking forward to making it to the final table

G'day mates Well I am now out of the tournament in 81st place which was good for a $3.85 cash out. I had 12 outs on the river and was drawing to the nut flush so i went for it. The player who shoved me all in was known for bluffing alot. this helped me decide to go for it.
We hope to do better next time but I made the money

Ok Mates starting another tournament. Its a 3.30 Nl Holdem (2K Gtd.) on PStars. I will of course update on my progress later. I hope to make the final table of course

First off to answer your question. No i was not planing on wasting my time playing a freeroll. sorry.
Ok we are on our first break and late registration is still ongoing. I got 4519 chips which places me in 210th place out of 654. right now it says 144 places paid. I am waiting for cards to play once again. lol This has become a theme lately. Update again later.

------------ Well i just had a spot of bad luck. I had Ace King in the Big Blind. Flop comes out Ace 10 10. I bet a good amount and a very large stack compaired to me called. turn card was a jack. i bet he called again. river was a 8. we have a rainbow board no chance of flush and I knew he did not have a stright of he would have made a bet. at least that has been he normal method of play. I put the last of my chips in hoping to double up and he showed pocket jacks. I am out of the tournament in 247th place. no money on this one.
Time to find another tournament to play.

nice thread- i like the idea of someone watching my "pro" play- gonna be playing $0.02 990 players sng, then some freeroll...oh yeah then it's real action time- gonna hit the cash tables- $50/100 limits have lots of play money chips in my account, bankroll management is a must in play money cash games u know

Not bad, at least you got into the paid places just like you had predicted. Sometimes it’s not easy to turn things around on our side in a tourney, I just got to know what that was in the €500 gtd from YP. I still had some time to play, but hands weren’t helping me and I couldn’t risk more than I did even when playing with position.

I am looking at playing in the big $5.50 (20K Gtd.) It starts at my local time of 10 am which is 1h 40m away from now. or 14:00 GMT. I was wondering if anyone else might be planning to give that turny a go. Well be cool mates.

I prefer freerolls at the moment and guaranteed tourneys and bounty and rebuy´s in the micro levels. Bounty´s giving a lot of fun and it is a good way to go on tilt

cheers mate. i very much hope it will be a great year for mobsters. oh ive just deposited $50 on 888 and my 1st tourney was a $1 turbo rebuy (only spent a dollar) and i managed a nice 5th place for $26.

G'day mates well my attempt to get some much need rest was totally wasted because of the darn phone ringing of the hook. the calls were not even for me. I am exhausted but just jumped into a tournament on PStars. its a E$2.25 (1K Gtd,) tpurnament number 661409445 im on table 45. I like these Euro tourny's because the Euro payout is worth more then a US$

Bullettooth1-you should check out the daily freeroll on Fulltilt that is only open to UK residents. If you keep making the final table you can build up a decent bankroll.

Well I have had some sleep. It is amazing how much better I man can feel after a little nappy pooh I just wanted to let the mobsters know that I am playing in a tournament on PStars.
$3.30 NL Holdem (2K Gtd.) tournament number 66210175 table 21.
I should do alot better in this one then in my last $11 buy in nightmare.
