hello is there someone that knows a mobile poker app (real live) that works for symbian phones most apps are only avail for android and I-phone but i have a nokia that works on symbian and the new nokia's work on windows mobile surely there must be one out there that works only i havend found him yet so if someone can help me i would be thankfull gr dennis (ketmen82)

Hi ketmen82. So symbian phones are kind of not into the mobile poker game for most sites I think (big ones like Pokerstars and 888.com). But I have seen one site that claims there is mobile poker for phones that support java. Now I suppose your Nokia does run java apps so you could try it out. Personally I am using a Galaxy S3 to play mobile poker because it has a pretty nice screan and supports all mobile poker rooms out there.

thx for the reply only i the administrator removed the link that you had written. but that doesnt matter because i had never thought about googleling for java supported mobile poker apps. so i thank you for that idea.
I have always had nokia phones sinds 1999 when i bought my first one a nokia 5210. I never switched brands because i never had problemes with one of my phones and at that time they were the leading manufacturer of mobile phones. They lost that spot sinds the arrival of the smartphone. I`have at the moment a nokia E7 what is a very good phone accept you cant get a lot of apps for the symbian software that has been just for this phone. Nokia has lost a lot of customers for this and there for now has windows mobile as software provider, because microsoft can devellop more apps. When i get a new phone i might switch brands if the windows software isn't better then the symbian. I know the phone you have, my sister also has that phone. Good phone, only to thin for me.

Don't know about any mobile apps for that, but I know Party Poker have a web client, so assuming your phone as a web browser, you could probably play on Party.
------------ Which I guess would be Java based (in fact, thinking about it - I am almost certain it would be java based). So if you're looking for java based online poker, I reckon Party Poker would be the most reputable.

This is maybe not for this topic,but PartyPoker have a bug on its android app Since I started to play it on my tablet,I cant register on any tournament on PC client. After I contacted them,they said that this is a well known problem for them,and they are trying to fix it
