I believe some offers will require that you've uploaded your Drivers License, some will require then phone verification and some will require both. Ultimately - to ensure you're eligible for the most offers and also able to cash out your "Mob Points" into real money, I would recommend supplying your DL as well

Are you talking about signing up someone here at BRM or a poker site? I know I had to upload my I.D. in order to deposit at Carbon poker. Maybe I don't thoroughly understand what your stating.
I guess jess cleared me up, but I've never had to provide any info here such as an I.D. I'm mixed up here so I'm out! Sorry!

Telephone verification can only prove so much I think. Surely most people have access to more than one phone so it wouldn't stop multiple accounts. All poker sites need to see some ID, either a passport or driving license, to prove that you are who you say you are, to prove you're old enough and eligible to gamble and to stop multiple welcome bonuses on multiple accounts. So to get all the no deposit bonuses you need to upload a copy of your driving license or passport. You can assure your friend it's quite safe though he may want to blot out certain details if he's nervous.
Okay, just because I read it on the side if you had not makes both Identificationen that you will not have access to all the freerolls or something like that. This can be identified in a license best I now realize I was simply just a little surprised, because I believe it is in Germany no page where you can register with the driver's license, so I was just curious

For IT specialists, upload stolen ID is not a problem too... When you will search net (or even darknet), you'll find hundreds of stolen scanned ID from some guys. So you may create multiple accounts without bigger problem...
