ITs very easy to answer the question. I dont work at BRM but iam sure thery have been crazy busy with the work in the month of December plus xmas holidays, new year etc etc!! We must understand that they made a big effort to give us the best promos and they arte humans like us and deserve to have some days off! Iam sure that before the end of the month everything goes back to normal!

I requested cashout before 1 week and I already have my money on Skrill account second day. I dont know how it works with cashouts on pokersite but did you wrote good username when you requested your cashout? and why did you wait 3 months? its really long time...
