Also I wanted to ask you about the Sheriff, I was just spending sometime yesterday looking around and got some message that the sheriff was coming. So I watched the guy play and apparently if you win an allin with him you get 25 Big Blinds as a prize. Sounds pretty cool to me. I was just wondering who is he? Cause your online site vaguely describes him. Is he a professional poker player?

Dear Shaun, as you know there has been many problems with email verification - on example - in Poland, many of us has o2.pl emailbox, which is used by me @bankrollmob and by spike. we both signed up @action with 02.pl email, but hasn`t received verification. we all tried many times, unfortunately, without result. so we were forced to change the emailbox - i changed it on gmail, spike did it too. at least, thew code has came! and we were able to verificate uor accounts @Action. so we couldn`t do it with the same email, that is supplied @BM. there was no other way - i hope you understand i`m waiting a WEEK for the bonus and now, when i`m hearing about the problem with the email adress, that this is the reason of the delay, i`m disappointed,,, best regards, MattiNHL (username from Action)

We can only go by the data that is provided by BRM if your details do not match then we can not credit the bonus, please contact the support at BRM if you details matched i would have no problem with giving you the bonus, to date we have credited over 800 accounts so we really do not have an issue with giving out the $40.
I am sorry you are not happy but as I have said please contact BRM support.
