We can only go by the data that is provided by BRM if your details do not match then we can not credit the bonus, please contact the support at BRM if you details matched i would have no problem with giving you the bonus, to date we have credited over 800 accounts so we really do not have an issue with giving out the $40.
I am sorry you are not happy but as I have said please contact BRM support.

Thank you for your comment to date we credited over 800 players which is around $32,000 in FREE BANK ROLL if we where running a scam why would we have given away so much money?
View the other threads we have got lots of very happy players from BRM that have turned there $40 bonus into over $1,500.
I noticed that you opened your account yesterday, I trust that as you feel "this is a scam" I should not creddit your account?

I've been waiting for for over a week and a half. Wondering if i ever going to get it. Had problems with email having same problem with pkrbonus aswell been waiting two weeks But it is a good bonus so i dont mind that much big up brm
