Download correct software: The freerolls will be played in the 'Revolution' software. Go to Ballpoker.com, in the top menu click on Poker then in the sub-menu click on Revolution home, there you can download the Revolution software. Screenshot!
Ballpoker is a new site, so we are having a $133 TEST freeroll before the big $1,333 freeroll. They are in the 'Revolution' software under Tournaments - Private. Screenshot!

i am so sorry about the same issue on different thereads. im just not farmiliar with forums.i did download the revolution softwhre and logged into ballpoker but still cant find the freeroll .i will give you my user name and password if you would be so kind to just look at it for me ..maybe you can find it .please..

does this site have a online live support? it sounds to me like if there is an issue at all its with the poker site. i very much doubt the admin will go on your account for you.

i truly do apologize for all of the confusion ,but as you can tell im not very good at following directions .but i got it all set up now thanx to you and others but my only issue is when i finally got on the poker site that the freeroll is on ,i entered my user name as i have on ball poker (bostonmike) it let me in and a window popped up and asked me to make a screen name i,i entered bostonmike and it said bostonmike was already taken so i added a 4 at the end (bostonmike4) and i can play on the site.....very strange,,i log in as bostonmike but my screen name is bostonmike4 ...my question is what name do you want me to submit to you bostonmike which is my log in name or bostonmike4 which is my screen name ....your probably confused as i am lolol ..ive been at this for about 5 hours now .how do you think i feel lolol again im so so sorry ...thank you..

Hey mike. Sorry to hear your having a hard time with this. I found it a bit confusing too. You need to enter the name you login to your account with not your screen name on the mob games page. So I guess that would be bostonmike not bostonmike4. Good luck I hope you get it sorted out

It depends. If bostonmike4 is his name on this screenshot, then that is what he should write. If he writes bostonmike and it says bostonmike4 (where the arrow points in the screenshot), then he is probably not going to be registered and he can't play.
