I got a 50 no deposit offer from BRM and started playing ! Then i won 900 euro so i contacted support if i could cashout already. Support said yes you meet al critiria and can cashout if you deposit a minimum of 25 euro ! So i thought WOW this is great !!!!!!!!!!!!! I deposited 25 euro trew netteler and made the cashout of 500 euro and wanted to leave the rest on the casino to play with. When i pressed cashout to netteler my acccount was EMPTY !!!!! instant i recief a mail saying : WE RECIEFED YOUR CASHOUT REQUEST OF 50.09 Euro ???? So i contact support again and this guy says ,your max winings are 25 euro so you get 50.09 euro in total !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now today i got a mail saying ""Thank you for documentation. Kindly note that once approved, only your deposit will be returned.
The winnings of €25 will be cancelled as you breached casino terms by wagering more than 30% of the required wagering on a single game using a free chip.

It is normal for a Rival casino to have a max cashout for their no deposit bonusses, but that Tropica casino has some other strings attached, that make it nearly impossible to cash out at all.

imo if i were to attempt an online casino seriously, i have done no depo's for fun lol i would find the most repitable one i could i like the idea of using party casino as it is linked with pp and as we know pp is a pretty trustworthly site.

I seen A LOT of online casino's and Tropica isnt one i would deposit real money on. They have weird bonusses with all kinds of rules so you will almost never be able to cash out. Also the slots are of low quality when you compare them to others.
I agree with Erik1970 to better stay away from this one because there are so many better ones and more trustworthy the Tropica.

i dont think it's technically scamming i mean you had to voluntarily give the depo and like this is pretty common practice when it comes to ndp casinos

Yeah - always read the T&C for those casino bonuses, they're not in the business of giving away money, in fact - I'd forget about no deposit casino bonuses altogether, if you really want to play online casino games though, as someone else suggest - play on Party Casino, or PKRcasino, or somewhere that at least has a good reputation for cashing out.

Yes they did ,lol I send them a mail also a wile back but dont get any answer. Then i tried to contact live support on the website itself and they let me wait 30 minuts and then they close chat ! without saying a word OMG OMG i never seen something like this before.lol and i already was pissed of that they told me i only win 25 euro and the rest was claimed by them. If you check the offer on BRM then you see 4 times the bonus(witch i did not see before also !!!!) But thats stil 200 euro profit and this morning they say i get fec al becouse i play more then 30% of time on 1 slot I happen to like that slot,lolol Its the biggest scam i seen sofar and i wil be posting this on as many sites as posible I also suggest that BRM remove them from this site becouse its bad for bussines to scamm future clients

pokershark all types of scamming invole you voluntarily handing over your cash..
it is a s**t way to do business, report them to whoever they are regulated by. also warn everyone in all the forums you are a member of, and tell tropicano that you are doing this.they tend to try and avoid things like this

to be honest- i do not see any scam here, from what u'r telling- it's pretty obvious that u didn't read t's & c's before hitting the tables. so basically u broke the rules and u were kicked out in style nowadays nd casino bonuses are very strict & it's really hard to squeeze any profits from them

Your deposit will be returned as soon as documents are approved.
Kindly note that is your responsibility to adhere to casino terms and promotional terms. You did not and you should be angry with yourself and noone else.
Bonus abuse is no way to make a living.

To empty the account after a cashout, when the bonus had a max cashout term, is normal praxis at the Rival casinos. So when the max cashout was say $25 it makes no sense to aim at $1000. The money will be lost anyway.

You are right yes ,but im ew to this and did not read the small print very good. But if you check the BRM offer it says that with the bonus you can cashout MAX 4 times the bonus and that is 200 euro. In this case they clean the compleet account out and dont even pay me the money back that i deposited myself And this morning they send me a mail saying

Well even if you only read the fine print of the general term & conditions you will find that if you get a free chip or bonus the max withdrawel will be 100 if not stated otherwise.
So knowing that you already would have known not to try and payout 500 ...this can be taken as bonus abuse by them.
Also when you claim a bonus in the cashier of Tropica you can exactly read what the bonus conditions are and some bonusses only alow you to withdraw a max of 25....when you dont hold to these rules your winnings can be taken from you.
So i dont say it feels ok but they did hold you to the rules ... sry dude

wow i never heard of this before im sure if yu won 900 you would of meet the wagering requirements clearly...i will not be signing up with this casino they have just lost a lot of customers now so...i hope you get your deposit back at least.

You dont get it...he tried to payout 500 when he was only aloud to pay out 25 + 25 deposit Because he tried to payout more thats considered by them as bonus abuse. Its very normal that casino's have bonus rules and if you dont follow them exactly the casino's will be glad to take your winnings..
So always read the bonus rules but ALSO the term and conditions about bonusses

I would have to say that you are both right. Yes you should always be aware of the rules for such things but honestly, I would have to say that the rules were designed to make it as difficult as possible to cash out and any such site should be avoided as if they had the plague.

thanks for the heads up!!! i signd up as well, lost my no deposit bonus but was thinking about taking some cash from one of my poker accounts and depositing in that casino..... never gonna happen now!!! good luck with them. maybe bannkrollmob can do somthing...
