I'm pretty sure that strong cash-game players would have the best hourly vs similar stakes for SNG/MTT/
That said - I think the format (cash) is definitely the hardest to master, particularly if you're playing deep stack (100bb+). MTTs on the other hand, I believe will give you the lowest hourly rate for relative stakes, but it probably the easiest format (IMHO) to become profitable in..There are some pretty basic concepts to learn and if you take the time do so, you should easily be profitable at micro-small stakes.
I don't think there is a one size fits all answer to that. It's going to depend on each players strengths and weaknesses as well as the type of games they want to play.

I think it must be the SnG MTT. You can play several at the same time, and the amount you are running for turns the buy-in cheap in case you get to the paid places (that's what's expectable from a decent pokerplayer) in the most part you entered. Cash makes you change tables with some regularity so you don't get easily readable and also not to lose the profits you'll be gathering. And big MTT, even for a decent pokerplayer, are difficult to get to the paid places, which will turn many buy-ins into expenses, a value to subtract from the sum you get in the day you get paid on one of those.

profitable poker format is the one that make u some cash- that's it. as far as the game/ format etc. goes- really there is no game where everyone is showing profit/ or where everyone is losing their pants...just pick what u like to play and try to improve your game constantly

I do pretty good at SnG's no matter if I play one at a time or multi-table. I like to think I play best when I play one table due to being able to focus on player technique and watch how others are playing. I also think it allows more opportunity to steal blinds, but that's just my opinion.

Good day everyone The cash games are more profitable rather than sng's or mtt's !!!! the swings in cash games are less when compared to the mtts or sng's .... even though the pays in mtts are really good but its really hard to make it to the bubble or itm ... for that the volume or amount of time involved is large ... with the same amount of time in cash games is more profitable .
