After banning me for no reason they finally gave me my account back. they returned my money and allowed me to play again still with no reason as to why i was banned.. i emailed them countless times to sort this out they kept replying with BS. All of a sudden they email me and say my account has been reopened and im free to play we apologize for the inconvenience. apparently they mixed something up.

Yeah I'd do that too. An email saying something along the lines of; "Due to my recent bad experience with you I'm considering withdrawing my funds and putting them on Party-Poker", might help.

That's killer p0ck3! I wish I could get my account back, but we all know it will be a long time coming if they're waiting for the U.S to give authorization.
I just wonder how Carbon Poker is getting by letting all of the U.S. players have accounts without any issues. I think the u.S. was just going after the owners who were laundering money or skipping out on paying taxes rather then the players from the U.S. Carbon hasn't had any issues.

The same thing happened to me at Full Tilt Poker sort of..I was playing at full tilt about a couple of years ago and deposited through my bank account a few times ,The last time i miscalculated my funds for 50.00, Full Tilt.added it to my account and couldn't get it out of my account..2 weeks later i payed them back and poof Full Tilt is gone.. Now there back and i went to log in and they informed me i was banned from Full Tilt until i paid them back 50.00... After countless emails they still refuse to let me play..What do i d?? pay another 50.!! NO WAY ...
