I've stopped playing serious when drunk cause it became too expensive. When I play drunk im over aggressive with no feeling or thoughts behind my moves.
So now if I feel like playing when im drunk I stick to the smallest S&G 3-11$. All said about how bad I play when drunk I actually won/ITM in 3*3$ 10 pers and 1st in 50 pers 6$ last time I played so next day my bankroll was up 100$ Big Smile

Funny tobacco is not as bad as alcohol but none of them improves your game....im pretty sure about that Cool

Either playing drunk loses you alot of money for stupid calls or wins you alot for stupid calls. I once won 8,00 bucks one night by calling 3,00 preflop wit 8-2 hearts.. lost 2,100 the next night by calling Q-9 spades. darn casinos and their free booze

you have to distinguish between totally drunk and a little bit drunk. i always play livepoker while drinking something, like 1/3 or 1/2 of a bottle of wodka. and i think i dont play much worse, sometimes i feel i even play a little bit better, because i am more focused.
but after playing totally drunk i lost 100$ in 15 minutes, i made a 40$ call with 10 high or something (a friend of mine told me that, i said "i thought you dont have anything either" Blink . so playing with alcohol is sometimes more funny (scotty nguen, men the master, ...), but if it is about a big cashgame, i would prefer playing without any "help".

Me and my friends usually get together on saturday nite to play live and have a couple of drinks. And i have noticed the more drunk everyone gets the bigger the pots gets. At the end its all in every hand Big Smile and everyone is playing real bad.
You could probably win a small fortune if you stayed sober. But its to much fun with alcohol Evil

Yeah seems to work this stuff Big Smile Im gonna try it the next time i play with my buddies i give them alcohol and keep dry myself Big Smile then i win everthing and drink afterwards. Big Smile good plan i think ... but internet poker with alcohol should not be this expensive

it is big mistake to play drunk.once, I sit drunk in 5 a.m. with 100$ make them 400$ on a table 0.25/0.50. than go to 1/2$ make them 1500$ and it was for 1 hour. I sad, its my night/morning Big Smile and go to 5/10 no limit. lost 1500$ for 20 min. than lost more 500$ - it was all my bankroll Aww crap!
in 8.00 a.m. I was angry, and there was bombs in my head
I delete my poker client and stop playing poker for over 3 month
so, it is stuped to play drunk Big Smile
