hello,
I play in rush poker... on FT and the advice i will give, is to start playing in 0.02/0.05 first , and play tight. There are some joker players and you need to be carefull. If you want, mark them with a color when you play against them, so you know about them next time. And try to play with the minimum , $2 , not with the maximum $5. Yes if you start with $5 you can win more, but when you lose... its rly bad for your bankroll. And try to get out when you have $3 , almost 3$ or more. So like this you will be on +, instead losing them. Ofc if you think can manage to not lose, you can go with more, and bigger SB-BB.

And with FTP, i had 1100+ and i buy 4 tickets to daily dollar, since im playing those every day.

Have a nice evening and GL at the tables.

Used to love playing RUSH, but since I live in the U.S. I haven't got to play it for quite some time. I miss playing at Fulltilt and I miss RUSH poker since Carbon don't have anything like it.

Anyway, my advice to you about RUSH poker is remember, everyone is playing their best hands as the they scroll by and players stop to play a hand. They keeping the best generally! Just watch it!

Okay this is a sneaky tip for playing Rush.

If I'm on the small blind or cut off with a marginal hand that I'd really like to see the flop with I've found that I'm more likely to fold if a player acting before me takes an age over their decision. I find myself thinking it's only marginal and I can't be bothered waiting just fold and move on to the next hand.

Now I can't be the only person that thinks like that so if I'm going to raise from early position I almost run the clock down. Hopefully the marginals that may have been calling just got bored and have already folded.

Hello I expected a lot of Tilt next time, but unfortunately today it disappointed. I am sure that the hands random in nature, but so often they are incredible hands that you'd think it's like just pulling your arm-armed bandit when a player joins into egyy party.

dunno, i hoped to see some full tilt swag to spend my points on- not really interested in buying tourney tickets- the first time i went to the store, i was kinda surprised there was no stuff to spend my 2 points on- no hats, no caps, no mugs, no Porsche, no Icock, no concierge- hope this is gonna change with time

It makes sense to buy tournament tickets if you play this type of games...

Not sure if you know but you can also convert your full tilt points to real money, i think the lowest is 50 dollars for15.000 full tilt points.

As for rush the first think you should think is bankroll management, these games have a higher variance than normal tables so i advice you to have at least 50 buy ins if you decide to play

@Macubaas: Are you sure about the converting into real money ?
Isn´t this just for the Diamond store / members ?
Nevertheless, atm SNG tickets can be bought with a discount... Cool

that's right, buying SnG tickets is one of the best ways to get value
from your FT points. Together with some specific ft point buy-in tourneys that give tickets
to big tourneys.
That $2.25 SnG ticket for 445 ftp is very good value to start with, now that they
have them on discount

spending your money on tournament tickets is the best way to use your points as long as you are a profitable mtt player

for example: 26$ tournament ticket costs 5800 points, so you pay about 223 points/$

25$ ring game ticket costs 7850 points,which equals 314 points/$

Gain the Full Tilt Edge by achieving an Edge status level and claiming your share of the rewards.Once you have gained an Edge by reaching Bronze status or higher, you become eligible to register for the daily multi-table tournaments that are open only to Edge status holders

Until now I am only accumulating, I still haven’t think about that but I didn’t wanted to spend them at those FTP SnG’s with tickets as prizes, it doesn’t seems reasonable. Perhaps one day, when I have much more points than I have now, I can think about going to one of those tourneys (the ones with higher amounts of points as buy-in have already pleasant prizes) or perhaps shopping something!
