Different stuff, like help with signup or questions about what to do etc.
But there's no reason to open live chat and wait for that to happen, when you can just click on "Mob account"-button, scroll down to the table with bonus requests and see the status right there, MUCH faster.

just ban everyone who gets annoying with "WHERES MY BONUS" " I WANT MY BONUS NOW" blablabla god this is so annoying every second post these days is about the actionpoker bonus .... people nowadays just don't have any patience

Dont take this the wrong way, I mean its a great service that bankroll mob is providing, and Im sure it really really is time consuming to answer the people who ask about the bonus when it is allready mentioned on the page.
But, I always thought that the message on the bonus status is....how do I say this, its not very personal. Just seems like an automated reply one would get out of a bot or something? Some times people just need a person to tell them the live status of the update. Maybe if the message was something that has a bit more of a "human" touch to it, that might help?
But thats just my 2 cents worth.
-- Edit: Oh another thing might help, If you guys add a counter that said "It has been 4 days since you applied for the bonus" or something similiar? That might help keep track and help people to not bother you guys as much. --

This waiting is part of the strategy, part of the way this system works. Affiliates (in this case BRM) receive part of their salary of that when people that registered through them deposit money from their own pockets. I figure out that's the main reason for the ridicilous waiting periods on sites like that. But that's business.
I'm going to sit tight and see when I receive my bonuses, as I'm not going to deposit any money while waiting.

Nope, that's not the case. People will very rarely deposit money themself while waiting because they have now decided to get a FREE bonus and some probably dooesn't believe they will ever receive it. There's a better chance of people making a deposit to show their APPRECIATION of receiving a free bonus, after they have actually received the free bonus.
The waiting part is simply because we need to protect against fraud. So you can thank the people creating multiple accounts, for you with legit accounts having to wait. It's not just a 10 second job per account, so imagine the poor guy at Action Poker having to check 100 accounts each day.
