I would guess it is because they SUCK out load. That of course is just a guess based on what my amigos have told me. I know people who no longer play there at all.

Maybe they changed the rules with the allowed countries for it. Another reason is that they may have reached the limit. But from what i saw members just got their. Their application though should have been some time ago
