The terms & conditions for Action Poker have been updated (few last lines added):
Pop points are earned by contributing to real money raked hands and buying in to tournaments.
Raked Hands: For every 10 cents that you contribute to the rake you will earn 1 Pop Point. Please note however, when you are calculating how many POP you have earned, that the maximum rake paid on ANY table is $3 no matter how big the pot.
Tournament Play: For every $1 you pay in tournament hosting fees you will earn 10 POP Points. Tournament POP is calculated in $1 increments (rounded down). In order to earn POP from tournaments the fee must equal or exceed $1.
The first $50 bonus will be credited to the player's account instantly once the required amount of Player Option Points (POP) is earned. The player will need to contact CS in order to receive the second $50 bonus once he?s reached 2200 POP points.
The $40 free no deposit bonus from BankrollMob.com, will act as a "first deposit".
Players are required to contact Action Poker support once they earn 2200 POP points, to receive the final $50. The first $50 will be credited instantly after 1100 POP points.
In order to cash out the player must make a Real Money deposit and have earned more than 400 POP points in 30 days.

you do need to get the pop within 30 days, we have had one play from BRM that has turned the bank roll in to $1500 in 4 days she has cleared the pop in about 2 days.

hi. i just asked a chatoperator, he consulted his supervisor and he maintained that there is NO 30-days-limit, you just have to accumulate 400 POP-points (no matter how long it takes), make a deposit, and then you are able to withdraw.
