Wow I have never ever had a problem cashing out from PStars before. I am shocked to here this came from them. Good luck getting it all sorted out. I recommend you recheck all your information just to make certain it is all correct. You might also want to check your e-mail because every time you do a cash out from Stars they send you an email detailing the cashout amount and date along with how it was done.

This is quite extraordinary. It's rare for Pokerstars to act that way. I find their support mail one of the best there is. You get a response in no-time. Paying 25 pounds to get 20 dollars? Too funny... Did they say why you need to pay 25 pounds? I want to hear the reason. Try to ask them again that you only want to withdraw your 20 dollars and that order was already complete, so the money should be in your bank card already.

yeah have to agree with majority of mobsters who claim that pokerstars do a great job regarding cashouts. probably OP has some sort of a problem that has nothing to do with stars, maybe he violated some sort of terms, maybe he gave incorrect details or sth else. i'm sure it can be sorted out talking to stars support & not on brm forum

I never had problems with cashing out on pokerstars too.But it is wierd that they asked you to pay 25 pounds to solve this problem...more likely it is a joke.Anyway you have to get your money without any payments, good luck!

If I want to withdraw money from PokerStars to my VISA card the minimum amount is 100 $ and 50 $ from FullTilt. If you withdraw by bank transfer is the most expensive way to take money from the poker room..I made that mistake at Expekt and a 90 $ transfer cost me 20 $ fee.Read the terms first
