Dear Support Team, today I have received an email from you, that my PKRBonus has been aproved- Now I looked at my account and didnt either see the money or tournament tickets. would be nice if someone could help me
if you read your message again you will see that it says you funds will be in your account or will be in a few hours. so just wait a few hours and it should be there!
nah im in the exact same situation, just going to check with BRM online support now, i know we got asked not to over "when is my bonus getting here" but i thought i could do it for all of us

Hey All,
All the accounts that were approved yesterday should already have been comped. I have just contacted PKR now, and they are currently looking into the matter. Once I get verification that all accounts actually have been comped, I will post a msg here as well.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
------------ First batch of the players that were approved yesterday, have now been comped, and the tournament tickets should be in your account. PKR had "missed" a list, hence the confusion.
