These days, a business is only as good as its presence in social media circles, such as Facebook, Twitter and even sites like Reddit. Having the proper exposure on these kind of sites can drastically increase your presence in your niche, and thus increase your traffic.
Having said that, I took a look at your Facebook page, and no offense, it's awful. I think you need to get someone to re-work the page. At the very least, update your banner and profile picture, and perhaps re-structure the page itself. Add some more content, instead of just recycled news posts that you post on here (I'm sure you're aware that by re-posting content there, that you've posted here you are getting yourself hit by duplicate content penalities in search engines).

That's not really true. Google is clever enough to figure it out. Google also knows that the content is posted here first, and it's not the entire articles that are "re-posted" on facebook, just the snippet, so duplicate content is not a problem in this situation.
Also, you don't really have *that* many options for "reworking your page". You can change your logo and top-banner and that's it. The rest is stories you need to put in in form of links, photos, updates, polls etc.
Right now it's just not our top priority to take move our activity over on facebook.
