Hey guys, I know it's explained on the same page that you can ask for it but if someone could make an "step by step" for me I will apreciate it. I didn't get the NDB on PokerAce because of that... May I get any trouble trying to get it using Ubuntu? All your answers and helps are welcome! thx!

I think the golden rule you should respect is to clear the cookies in your browser before hitting the bankrollmob link to full itlt poker and then you simply follow the instructions!
As a general idea no matter what OS do you use as long as you follow the instructions

Since it's done by ip address I cant see any issues with Ubuntu. Like Mac said just make sure you clear your cookies before you use the link through BRM.
I doubt many here could write you a step by step guide for Ubuntu tho.

I should clear all the cookies? or keep the bankrollmob.com cookies? Cos what I think I did wrong with poker Ace is that... I clear all the cookies... so then in the mail said: "You did not clear temporary Internet files and/or cookies from your web browser before req uesting the bonus, therefor you might have had an old cookie from another site than BankrollMob." Thx for you answers
