You want to charge your mates rake? WTF?
If you're participating in the poker-playing at all, then you definitely shouldn't be charging. If you're however running a regular game and taking care of all the hosting duties, etc - I would say maybe just get everyone to a pay a flat cover-charge, say $5-$10 depending on what you're providing in terms of space, food, drinks, etc.
