Hey, I contacted support at Action Poker May 15th about my bonus and they told me that they were waiting to verify the details with BRM. So clearly I have registered through the link correctly, is there any other reason that I would have been rejected from this bonus offer, as it states "Awaiting Payment" on my BRM account

@Shaun I really think this is a bit weird, I requested the bonus a long time before a lot of the other guys who got their bonus. And I just confirmed all my details according to email and username is correct.
You havent answered me yet, why didnt I get my bonus?

As i have stated we agreed to pay 1,000 players with the bank roll, in fact we have paid just over 1,000.
We also declined accounts due to multiple account incorrect information ect, all account that we have accepted have now been credited, if your account has not been credited this would be due toone of the above reasons.
Sorry guys but if youhave not heard anything and you raccount has not been credited you would have been declined/

My bonus was rejected by payment team because my e-mail address registered with Action Poker didn't match with my e-mail address here at BankrollMob.com. Then I fixed that problem and I got mail from bankrollmob that they had processed my request again. So still awaiting my bonus..
