So your case is an existing account at Party Popker or just sign up now?.Before you sign up through a link from Bankrollmob you have to clear cookies from your browser .Or your account is not just a play money account and in this case you do not qualify for bonus

Yeah - only support can figure this out for you, it is a weird clause on the Party bonus, that an old account can be used.. I remember people in the past doing this and posting similar threads when it was rejected, can't remember how it all worked out for them :/

Don't make the mistake to open a new account, otherwise they can close your account. I think this bonus is only for new players who doesn't have a Party account. And the Party software has to be installed through The BankrollMob site.
It is weird that if you play only for fun, you can use this kind of bonus. I have never heard about that. May be they have changed their Terms & Conditions of that bonus.
When you get the answer from Party Poker, let us know what happened.
The same thing just happened to me... I had a partypoker account opened a few years ago but haven<t got back to this software for a while and when I saw the bonus offer, just like you, I tried to jump on it cause as you say even if we have an account it say the bonus would work.. So I tried it but unfortunately, its been rejected for me too. The main reason, I guess, is that I might had made a deposit several years ago on this site and the bonus offer is only good if any deposit as ever been made to your account
I have never deposited on the site, I meet all the criteria set out on the bankrollmob bonus page but was still rejected.
Also went for the gala bonus, It states to input your username not nickname for the bonus, I then get rejected for that for not supplying my nickname lol
Not sure the folks running this site know what each other are doing.

I think the reason was the fact that you did not use the correct promo code that bankrollmob has for this promotion.
This means that the account is not tracked. The same thing can happen on offers that require you to follow a link and you do not clear the cookies first.
