Hello ybold,
I am very sorry for you ybold! When you said you gave him the money I was shocked. I don't know why, but I had a feeling that something is wrong.
But I do believe in the laws of carma and the boomerang effect, so I am sure you will get back $10 or much more from another place. May be you will win from the challenge of yout85 or may be you will win a great tournament. This was a lesson for you, that you should not forget!
In the begining of this thread you said that Canada is a promissed land and so on. So, the answer of your own question was hidden inside your question. But don't worry. All we learn from our mistakes.
If I'd help to another mobster, definately it will be a neighbour country like Romania, Serbia, Greece, Macedonia etc. I mean I would help mobsterns from Eastern Europe, because I know what are the salaries and how we are living. Our economics are too bad.
That is why I don't understand how countries with the best economics in the world with huge salaries are ordering loans here.
Don't get dissapointed ybold. This was just a lesson for you. I don't want to judge this guy from Canada, because this is not my style, but obviously he has gambling problems and he needs help I think.
I'd say also that S10 for Serbia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania means much more than $10 for Canada and USA which means nothing. In Bulgaria you can buy 15 per 0.750 kg breads for $10.
I wish you all the best ybold. Take care and good luck with the poker and your life!

Sorry for Ybold aswell...this should not only be a lesson for him as for us all..... I wouldnt look at where people are from like Peter says above. I would just look if i know someone or not...I really wouldnt mind helping somebody, but not people with three posts. But if it was someone I knew of the forum or from the tables at stars or FT. I would considder it.
I do think as long as people give money to other people, there will be other people asking for it. Ans it is very hard to know if someone going to scam U or not...
So 1 advice stop lending money.... Just special cases where it goes bout someone U really know (for as far possible) Or U will loose ur money and ur new friend (who really wasnt a friend in the first place).
Best of luck all.. Mies
Oh and Peter thats a lot of bread for ten Euro.... shame Bulgaria aint closer, else I would go get my bread there

No problem, my friends. At the moment when I gave the money I was prepared that it will not see any more. I am 42 year old, 6 month without job and any income, two kids, one go to the college one to high school in autumn this year and no problem for me to give $ 10. Like Peter say I do not understand how anyone in North America with 25 years may have a problem with $ 10?

I earn more then peope in Bulgaria but our products are alot more expensive too.
We know it, but you earn 3 times more and the costs are perhaps 50% more. I finished just High School and my last salary was 350€ for month.

Yes, I agrre with you mate, but there is a little difference. Our minimum salary is 150 EUR, our min pension is 50 EUR per month. The prices are almost the same because we are in the EU.
Bulgaria and Romania are the poorest countries in the EU.

this i understand people think i have lots of money because i live in england, and yes wages and such are much higher but everything costs so much more to buy, my rent alone is over $1000 a month before i pay any bills and the divisons between rich and poor in some of the richest countries are shocking
for the record $10 only gets 4 loaves of bread here (but i dont buy any, i bake my own)

So the bum made off with your $10.....scumbag!
Things in the US aren't too good for a lot of folks. The economy is way down.... I can tell by the things I buy and sell on ebay... Prices have plummeted...
Things are pretty good in Canada though.
As far as the cost of things,.... ya,...folks make more money here,...but things are more expensive too... It's all relative I guess...

Hey guys this is poker and sometimes you cant support your promises however this was based on a payday "supposedly" so sometimes we need to give a bit of slack b4 we hang the player. Until then it is a good idea to see what happens first. At the least i'd give it another 2 weeks and if a bonus on top of the original deal was not covered then i would blackball this player until further notice maybe for life...

Hello Admin,
I have a great idea! Can you take 1000 Mob Points ($10) from the OnedOutAK account and transfer it to ybold? I think this is fair and the two parties involved will be happy. And this story will finish with a happy end and the thread will be closed!
Admin, can you make it? What do you think about that? Is it possible?

Why not? It is fair that way. Don't you think? Why you should suffer? Why you don't want that? It is your money. You are not rich enough, I think to be a charity poker foundation, am I right?
It was just a question for Admin, and I am curious if this is possible and waiting for his answer.
I am sure a lot of mobsters will agree with my idea.
