Eurovision Song Contest is a load of bollocks. I can't believe they are still doing it. What's the point? And I don't know why for the life of me brits still go for it they don't stand a chance of winning. Even if they have the best song in the world.

I know this is an off topic question, but what season is it over there right now? I mean is it spring as it is here in the states or fall?
The only reason I ask is, in the one video clip it appeared that there were sacks full of leaves so I was wondering if they raking up the fall leaves. I always thought we were on the same seasons and probably look like an idiot for asking that.

@bullettooth1 they continue this show because on this world is a lot of people who will never understand if you vote they get your money... $1 or how much is that vote is not too much... but when all european country vote :-?? i think they get over than $1.000.000 on the show night PS i will never spend my money on that BS

It's same as you buddy as we are all in the northern hemisphere. Its autumn in the Southern Hemisphere now.

Lol I couldn't of said it better myself. The whole thing belongs in the 1980's. Eurovision really sucks. Watch it for a good cringe & laugh. Its all its worth. the votings very diplomatic. Alot of countries vote for their allies ect rather than for who's good, but good luck to all that enter.

Best Thing Eurovision song contest brought the world was ABBA.......I think that says enough..
But on the other hand there is so much football on tv that the women and less heterosexuall ( as in holland its really a party for the g@y community) deserve to have a TV night aswell. I think they continue doing it besides for the money as Doarulle corectly pointed it out, to create somewhat of a european feeling as the EU aint so popular anymore these days by its own inhabitants.....
Anyway I wont be watching but for them who will I hope U enjoy it. I dont think I will be the only one on the pokerstars tables saturday as the rest of the world would be watching.....

what??? there are people who watch this show on tv????. I can't understand it. It's so boring and has no important meaning. This few hours which you spend watching this you could make a lot of interesting thinks. Even sleep would be a more clever. For the ones who don't watch I wish a nice evening

So from the above i see that the contest is already on. I have no clue about it, didnt even bother to watch news about it. For the only thing i wonder though is..... do they still most of the countries sing in english ? lol Whats the point in the first place if they dont sing in their own language ???
