Hi erru havent figured if there is a PM app/option on site so hi-jacking forum.......... I was just wondering if you got a 'stars acct set-up, you had mentioned on another thread that you were thinking of trying but I know there fek all NDB on offer and depositing without trying first wasnt what you were after..... Anyways.... let me know your player id if you did get round to setting up acct.

Yeah, there aren't any PM function. I do have an account at stars, erru9107.
I would like to get before depositing so I'm willing to trade $1 at partypoker for one at stars. Obviously since you don't have that many posts het I would like you to send the $1 at stars before I send the $1 at partypoker.

Thnx for getting back Erru, Wasnt worried bout a trade so much, just after briging it up and you were decent enough to to take me at my word I was gonna send you a $ to try it out. what do you play? cash SnG's or MTT's?? dunno how far a $ will get you but I hope it gets you a long way, GL at the felt. enjoy.

That's really nice of you mate! I'm gonna try out a few of those $0,10 360-man games to see what the competition is like on those If I make a few $ on those I'll probably check out some other games too just in case there are some other games that are easier to cash in I mostly play MTT's but lately I've been more into SnG's so if I make a few $ I don't really know which to go but only the future will tell

Ive always made profits playing the longer blind SNG's or MTT but prob coz I do tend to play the %, I feel the turbos play into the hands of the impatient donks and the brainless aggression makes a lot of the %% obselete. is hard to recomend a game because there is so many diff games available on stars and hopefully you find the one thats profitable for you....
I read back and realise how completely unhelpfull I am....

Haha, I guess it's like it is on every other site as well. I'll just have to check the different games out and see what I find profitable
------------ Hi mate! I've tried a few different games with the $ you sent me and it helped me understand that stars isn't the place for me. Sure, they have very good traffic but I just don't like their software. I guess I'm just too used to PartyPokers software. But thanks a lot for helping me reaching that conclusion!

LOL, no bothers, glad to help out Only took me 5 1/2 years to come to same conclusion you did in 5 1/2 hours, the place absolutely fries my brain! In saying that, it is an example of what a site can offer in terms of game variation and choices for every BR.... I am still waiting for my NDB to get thru processing for PP and am looking forward to giving it a go, has been 6days processing so will wait and see

Yeah I can really see why! You'll eventually get it, and PartyPoker has quite a good selection of games I would think. But they could maybe get a few more tournaments for small buy-ins.
