Played a sng at pacific poker 10 people. There were 2 italians who started to chat italian they did it full true the game and didnt stop when i told them to use english.I ended up with these 2 threehanded and when the bigstack italian played a pot aginst the shortstack (i was short too) he revealed the hand in the chat he had pocket tens and had hit the ten(he wrote ttt ) and some italian. they checked the hand down. I reported this for the support and gave them the game id etc. . in the first answer they told me that any language can be spoken in their chat and he had not seen something wrong, but he had sent it for further investigation. the second answer came to day and a bit confusing the letter start "dear enrico " but i have a swedish name not italian and there they said that they not accept cheating and they have send the matter for their poker-experts. i wrote this complain 15/5 i dont know what they doing if they looking the recording its 100 % clear, but maybee the not have so much customers so they accept everything, lucky for me it was free money but my feeling is that pacific poker isnt a serious site, i coming back when they have looking in to it if they do it .

played for a little bit and what i failed to see before there chat suddenly came to light when one raised the other would fold every time. they would even both stay on the pot raise the other opponents out of the pot and one of them would fold to the other on such weak bet on the river. i left the table with my stack in order i was lucky some people were not 
what you need to do find a site you enjoy playing at from the free bankrolls on here and deposit to that site instead and never look back at pacific just remember once bitten twice shy
