Question for Fat Tony: I see you are from Malta. I filed a complaint on: https://www.playresponsibly.org.mt/complaints.aspx against UnibetPoker. In 3 months I got one mail reply with response something like: we will contact you once when we solve the case. One mail in 3 months, is this normal?

Most of the betting sites (not all of them) are under the laws of Malta. You wrote a complaint to Lotteries & Gaming Authority which is a government institution of Malta:

Yes, this is normal. Usually they send you a reply after 6 months. In your case , they replied you too fast! Before answering your complaint, they investigate your case, that is why it so slow.
There are thousands of complaints around the world, that is why their work is very hard.
