From the cashout page:
Cashouts to MoneyBookers & NetEller are processed once a week (expect 5-7 days). Cashouts to pokersites are processed usually every day (expect 0-48 hours).

Kulking will not be able to answer you, he's now sleeping with the fishes - so to speak. He was creating many multiple accounts, and all of them are now blocked. No points were ever successfully cashed out, so he wasted alot of time getting nothing. We also reported all his poker accounts to the poker site(s), which are now also frozen, including any funds within, he might have received during his fraud.

I can't disclose any details, but lets just say we are working on putting together a case to file a report with his local police station, as some serious document fraud were made.
His internet service provider has also been contacted.

It`s not impossible to get that many points in 14 days. That`s just 2 Level 1 Sign-Ups a Day from the top paying countries, and if You have a poker site for one of those countries this is achievable.
Good however that You caught him and that You are taking action against him. Cheaters like that ruin no deposit poker bonuses for the rest of us.

We have at least 4 incidents where he forged passports, which I doubt is legal in any modern country. I also doubt it's him on any of the passports (since it's different pictures and names on all of them), I don't know if it's allowed to use somebody elses passport and then edit them afterwards....

True that, but it's way more complicated than one might imagine Unfortunately I can't disclose further details about the case, just need to make sure what jurisdiction he's under so he can be taught a serious lesson!!
