Steps on pokerstars Part 2  0
Good day Mobsters,

After I accidentally played the steps last time and made it easilly to step 3 ( till I f@cked up 2 times).
I felt like having another go as I am after that sundaymillion ticket. So today bought a step 1 ticket for 7,50 dollar( could have used 500 fpp's but am saving them up for the porche Cayenne Big Smile Big Smile )

Played step 1 and again without a problem I advance to step 2. Only played 2 hands till last 3 !!!!!!!!!
Then I got Aces doubled up and the guy who lost against the aces loses the next hand aswel and Sng finnished.

Will keep U updated on progress.

Best of Luck.
Mies

Ok first attempt on step 2 , became 3rd....bluff gone bad , wanted to put pressure on little stack, but big stack called on sb and had ace with better kicker and won. So 3rd place and step 2 ticket back and 11 vpp's extra..hopefully next 1 will get me the step 3 ticket.. Smile

MIES...loads of focus and concentration needed here. Be patient and dont push at the wrong time. pick your people to exploit and dont always go for the little stacks. Sometimes the medium stacks are easier pressured cos they dont want to lose out either!

good luck to you mies Smile

How many steps is there to get your sunday million ticket? and what is that fpp porsche story about? how much do you need to get, I pretend, into that special tourney?

Hope you'll kick ass this time with your step2 ticket and as damosk is saying, be patient Smile

After your last thread I thought I'd give the steps a try. I accidentally entered the euro steps but fortunately managed to progress to step E. I'm now sitting on a ticket worth 215 euros. The points I'll make from rake alone for all five steps will compensate for the initial 2.20 buy in.

The Porche story is as follows , when U have 3.1 million vpp's ..U can swap them in the vipstore for a Porche....dont know where to get that many vpp's...but its a nice gift to save those vpp's for...

To get the sundaymillion ticket, U could use a step 4 ticket as well as they are both 215 dollar.

Nice Zero, but U are playing the Eurosteps and U cant swap their tickets for sundaymillion.
The good thing is that they start at a lower buy in. As U say the rake points are a nice bonus, as U could never get that many for ur buy in on another way.....

Hope U make it to the EPT package...as that would be really something, Best of luck

Yeah that's the problem with them you really need to go all the way. It's almost tempting to try and finish 4th in the next one and collect the 185 tournament euros prize.

I'm going to try again but make sure it's $ next time.

gl mies- surely this time you will get your $215 ticket Thumbs Up keep us updated on how it goes, btw do those higher steps fill up fast enough (same question to zeroster). i am tempted to give them a go, really like the fact that you can pay rake once, and if you manage to keep yourself in the structure (even without going a lot higher) you can still get lots of fpp's.

They take a while but nothing too ridiculous. the last one I played step D / 82 euro took about an hour to fill. I should imagine the dollar ones fill much faster.
