Played 2 50 50's in the morning lost them both, as it was the nicest day of the year....it was even officially the first summer day ( temperature wise) ....so gave up on pokerstars for the day ... had a nice bbq and enjoyed the sun ....... will be going to hit the tables tomorrow as I had a few drinks and I learned from last time.....Not gonne again....
Conceirning how long I will keep up the thread....I dont know till I get busted...or till I reach the million or till no one wants to read this blog anymore and Tony closes the thread we will see.
And dont think either of us sees this as a race between us....but we will keep eachother motivated with our results... I really hope Youth will have a for ever growing bankroll from now on...
Oh and Pochui bet ur armpits smell like mellons...

It's also been the warmest day of the year here in England, but I chose staying in bed all day over letting any sunlight hit my skin
Staying up till 6am paying poker last night probably had a lot to do with that decision...
Definitely an earlier night for me tonight. Gonna play the Trivia freeroll starting in 20 mins then get to bed. It'll be my 5th attempt at qualifying - my previous 4 attempts all ending with a top 1,000 finish, but all failing frustratingly close to the top 50. Hope it's fifth time lucky.
I slept through the tv freeroll today, but I'll give it a go tomorrow - too much free value to pass up on. I'm sticking strictly to the freerolls at the moment until I've got a few $s, but looking forward to hitting some real tournies to accelerate my bankroll growth.
The $100k Privilege freerolls are very easy to cash in, as long as you survive the early push-fest... I'm thinking they'll be my best guaranteed source of bankroll for now. Also the weekly round 2s are a good chance of giving me a real boost - so looking forward to those too.
If I have $1 or more by 15th June, I'll play the World Record tourney... if I don't, I'll try a few of the $0.10 satellites to it. It's far too big a tourney to miss out on.
Also REALLY hoping I can satellite my way into the $1m Zoom tourney as well as the freeroll. I think I'd play it rather than taking the $100 tournament dollars, but I'll make a decision on that when and if it becomes an issue.
....enjoying following your blog Mies. I know mine isn't massively exciting at the moment, but as soon as I get past the freeroll stage, it should get better

Today is even warmer as yesterday....amazing how the weather can change arround in a couple of days.... but enjoy every minute of it, seen enough snow, rain and wind for a while...
regarding poker...I screwed up... I got all excited and a bit over confident... played higher buy inn then I should according to BR. fell back to ten dollar... was verry unlucky lost with KK to QQ and another I lost with AK against AQ ( hitted flush on river)... but I shouldnt have been on those tables in the first place...
Took a break and started playing 1 and 2 cents cash tables, 2 at the time ...things went better here as BR is little over 17 dollar now. cashed also in every freeroll I played, just little amounts , but still its money.....Only freeroll what didnt work is that trivia one..mad bunch that is ....just as bad as brm freeroll or worse actually...... Need 80 more vpp's to clear vipbonus

Ever single cent you make on the plus side is a profit. So you made one today ten tomorrow that still adds. You have a decent bankroll and so far by the way you reached here shows that you can make it way further than that.

Back to 29 dollar now
wont be playing the 7 dollar buy ins for a while....as they screwed me up earlier today..will keep myself to the 10 % rule from now on... will try to get some tickets by sattelite tournaments and continue the 50-50's

Today I was awake early and as the milestonehands on Stars looked very tempting, so i descided to play some cash tables (1-2 cents and 2-5 cents). So I opend up 4 tables ( 2 of each) and sat down with a total of 14 dollar.....The milestone hands didnt come to my table, but pocket 5's did....
Doubled my money on 3 tables with 5 5...and made my set on the flop everytime....... So 5 5 rule today...played on till the next MShand, but again it didnt drop at my tables, so I left with a proffit of 13 dollar and am on 42 dollar now.... so still far ahead on scedule as I tought to be on 5 dollar by now

Ok half way trough the day...will now take a big break... Will be playing chrome free roll and I got over 100 points , so can play the silverstar 30k aswell. especially the silverstar one hasa nice pay out structure...starts at 18 dollar, managed to cash in these 2 out of 3 so far, so hope good run continues.
played mostly cash tables during the day as those milestone hands look oh so tempting.... but there are a trillion of tables and only 1 gets the hand...so only one who is sure of money is stars... Have lost a few dollar since last update, but am still above 35 dollar and as said I got over 100 points during the time I played who give me a shot at that 4.2 K of the weekly silverstar....
So time to put the steak at the BBQ as its still summer here. Wish for U all the best of luck and loads of sunny days

Good day all,
The freerolls from yesterday went really bad ... was out before it really started...lost out a few 50-50's and went to bed with a few cents above 30 dollar. On the good side I only needed 6 more vpp's to clear vipbonus of 10 dollar.
Got of on sunday with a fantastic start( see thread bout 1st 2 hands) on the sng's, lost a bit on the cash tables, but got a lot of points while doing so cleared the vpp bonus of 10 dollar and need now another 108 points to clear last10 dollar of the pokerschool.
Bankroll is at 45 dollar and 17 cents now, pleased with that as only started a few days ago with this thread...actually BR is 55 dollar and 17 cents, as I still have to visit shop to collect the 10 dollar bonus.

hey Mobsters...
Time for daily update..... played 50-50's first ...but that didnt work...so I gave up on them and started playing cash tables...made my losses on the sng's good....till last hand.....got terribly screwed by a #### ### ( I did some censoring here but U know what I mean) with 10 8 ....he flopped a full house....I tought my aces were good and lost the little profit and 8 more dollars
So am on 47 dollar now , but only need 32 more vpp's for last payment of bonus....so still not to bad....But that last (bad) beat....worked on my pokergame so I just stopped for today....Knowing when to stop can save me so many dollars, that I am glad that I am able to do so, as I couldnt before. I remember losing over 200 dollars , just to get a guy back for a serious bad beat he caused.....I did get him back but my BR was gone.... learning from previous mistakes most def. helps...

Hey There Mobsters....
Ok I screwed up again ...had a downswing yesterday and couldnt stop playing....believing that it all would be ok again soon...... so NOT.....
went to bed with 60 cents and 260 points and still 8 fpp's needed to clear bonus...... Was totally p1ssed off and didnt even visit the mob site....
Had a good night sleep and was thinking what to do, call tha challenge a faillure and deposit, or just try to make some thing out of it... I choose the last option...
So started with a 6 man hyper of 235 points for a ticket to sundaystorm... played well and my cards held up, so got ticket. Unscibed for the tourament and got 11 Tournament dollars. Played a 1.50 with 45 people and won it ( didnt loose 1 hand !!!!!!) so that was 19 dollars back on account. then played some 50-50's who I won to so need 1 more fpp, for 10 dollar bonus and have little over 30 dollar on account. So looking up again.....

Glad you managed to rescue it Mies... it's one thing being able to trundle along, gradually increasing your bankroll - it's quite another to be able to pull it back after such a big hit. After so much work, a lesser man would have gave up. The fact you didn't is a huge credit to you.
Make sure this experience stays in your thoughts, and use it to help you in future play

So I went from scratch to 60 dollars, back to 50 cents and from there up again to almost 50 dollar.....
After that all went wrong again.... won a bit on the sng's and lost a lot more on the cash tables..
so am back where I started... have 19 cents and 1 fpp left....And even as its very easy to make a deposit, I still wont ......
I already registerd for a few tournaments... so will play Silverstar 30 K and chrome freeroll tonight and am registerd for the record attempt of tomorrow....just gonne start building again...
So typical for me that I do welll in freerolls and sng's and mtt....but totally suck at zoom and cash, while that still is the same game !!!!!!!!!
So wish U all loads of Luck and happy sex ( wanted to typ happiness, but what the hart is full of....and actually wish u all Happy sex aswell so didnt bother to correct this)

Good day to all,
managed to get a bit of cash on the privillige freeroll and played a 50 cent with 45 people sng of half of the money..
came in 9th place ( 7 people itm) And was my own mistake ...could have cashed here easy but got KK on BB and chip leader raises, as reraising was more then 1/2 of my stack , I should have just folded them and would have easily made 4 place or so.... but instead I went all in ... Chip leader calls and shows AQ spades... Flop 3 spades and exit so went to bed
This morning I registerd on 22 cent sat for hot 2.20 and got ticket, enterd the hot 2.20 and became 55th , so that gave me 16 dollar and a few cents...so the start is there again and there are no milestone hands anymore who call me for big free giveaways of cash... so wont be tempted to play cash tables as they usually cost me a lot more then I can make on the sng's and mtt's...
So put an extra rule for my self ..No more cash or zoom poker on stars. I think I can really get somewhere if I keep myself to that rule
Next goal is going over the 100 dollar as I didnt manage to get there the first 2 times ...

So overal was it a very good sunday, from 82 cents to 43 dollar

Hello Mob friends.
After my last post in this blog , I went down again .... took another day of from stars and went even further down the days after that. When i was again on zero , I played some freerolls, but it just wasnt happening. So last days I didnt play at stars at all.
Today I decided to play at stars again....... But as I dont feel like playing freerolls but a nice mtt and some Sng's....... I can tell U that my challenge failed....as i just made a deposit....

That's a shame. At some points you were running pretty good and it seemed a good roll would come out of this. What happened mate? problems with br management? I dont doubt you can hold your own playing poker so that was probably it huh. Hope u try it again some time was an interesting read of developments while it lasted
