Partypoker is on android, so that should work. I'm not really impressed with the PP mobile software though. Only pokerstars makes good mobile software, as far as I've seen.
You may consider doing what I do, just run a remote desktop session on your tablet, to your desktop PC. That way you'll get the full desktop experience, including any holdem manager, or pockertracker software etc...
You'll need a screen with good resolution though, for it to fit properly and look good.
