Epic bad beat!  0
Check this out.. Big Smile Very unlucky bad beat. The only good thing is that, it happened to me in freeroll..
Also I had bad beat at zoom table couple days ago, when I had all-in with KK and two others called with KQ both, then flop was QQ* , so it was also sick bad beat, but I don't have photo of it.

That is pretty epic... I guess it was all in preflop seeing the blinds and stack sizes. I suppose Sojo raised and you pushed... So it wasn't a horrible play on anyone's part, just a sick beat....

Preflop you were around a 7-1 favourite... After that flop you would have been around a 2000-1 favourite... then around 40-1 favourite after the turn. It's just one of those things that will happen from time to time if you play thousands of hands.

Some people see hands like this as "proof of rigging", but in reality - it's proof it's not rigged...

Always getting hurt when got bad beat....but we always got it in poker.
Sojo had big stake and I am sure he feel in lucky moment so he made gambling and hope got luck and he was. Bad side for you, but your time will come. Good luck next time

I know such hands. There are a few lucky guys out there, which call with every hand they have, no matter if they hit something or not. They just call and sometimes they win, and this very annoys me.
good luck to all, and hope that this doesnt happens any more

I was at SB, so he raised at first, 3bet, then I reraised him for 3x his raise, then he pushed all-in and I called.

I think your maths are a bit out here he's 5-1 pre, 57-1 on the flop and 43-1 on the turn.

after my ~10 years of poker experience there is very little that surprises me. yeah it was a bad beat, but that's the nature of the game. just move on and be a good servant to the poker room operator -go to work, earn you money, reloaaaad often and generate the rake operators deserve for their extremely hard work.

Was it an all in pre flop or did he keep calling you all the way to the river? Rigged comes to mind when this happens.

I just had one now but not as bad as yours. I hit a straight on the flop and did a value bet and a second 9 came out. The guy had KK and there was a K on the flop so he made a fullhouse. This happens to me a lot on micro stakes it never gives me a break.

I'm extremely doubtfull that anything on PokerStars is rigged. It's just like the title of your thread says,....it's an 'Epic Bad Beat'... Confused

I had a similar hand play out for me yesterday where I had a full house on the flop...the only card in buddy's hand that would have beat me is if he had an ace. So I called his shove thinking it's a pretty HUGE longshot he's got the Ace. He had it,...I got knocked out... Aww crap!

You didn't quit from Pokerstars, they closed your account. Ironically still with the money that you owe me, still in it.

You keep the money.. I really don't care anymore.

But I promise I will make sure everyone knows the kind of person you are, and that no one ever lends you money again.

You are nothing more than a scammer, taking money off people, promising to keep it, and then never giving it back. Its not just me, there are others on here you have scammed too.

You deserve to be insulted because people like you give good honest players a bad name, and if I do one thing good on this forum, it will be telling everyone never to lend you a cent.

Virtually every other person on this forum would have repaid the money because they are honest. You didn't. You took the money and never intended to pay it back. I don't believe you had your account closed. I believe you gambled it away and lost it because you are a terrible player. That's why you had to come on here begging for $10 so you could play. If no one had lent you money you wouldn't have had a cent to play with.

Another typical hand at Stars if you ask me Tongue

Indeed this is one of those nasty bad beats, the only good thing is that it happend in a freeroll so you basically didn't lost anything. As you know there isn't really nothing you can do about it.

This week I was on a winning side of a quite similar hand, for the first time in PS. Even when winning a hand like this you still think it's rigged in some way, although you have no clue why they would do such a thing for you. Still, It's nice to be on the winning side for once...

Well you could say it was better this happening to a freeroll of course,
but at the end you win real money there too.
So the actual outcome is the same i think no matter what type of games you play Smile
