It happens, especially as you guys just limped in. Maybe you should have raised pre flop so he might have folded instead of playing that hand.

Well it doesnt happen often, but its normal.
And if you play omaha, such hands are more frequent of course.
So at some point you will be in one of either sides again Smile

Happens all the time, this is poker, variance as we say it.

You was unlucky to be on the wrong side of the hands, just deal with it, and it won't affect you anymore.

If you follow Bankroll management a small hand like this won't put you off your A game.

Good luck hope to see you around!

My favorite saying is 'S**T HAPPENS'..... Saw it on a bumper sticker years ago,...and it's always stuck in my head...

Probably one of the MOST philosophical sentiments of ALL time... Big Smile

You had a full house,....what else could you have done...?

Can't just check it,....a small bet wouldn't bring you much for what you had....

A large bet or a shove would be in order as far as I'm concerned... Thumbs Up

Of course, in this case......S**T HAPPENED... Big Smile

Of course it happens but as posted above i think that you should have raised preflop.

This way you can avoid many of this kind of hands, butfrom time to time you get them, it's just variance.

Some time ago had a memorable hand, and it's the exact opposite of this one. Was seated at a table with a professed pro...who knows? Anyway PF he raised 4x saying oh oh. Called his raise from the btn. The flop came A33 and on the flop he's still saying oh oh, so now he's confirmed he has a boat most likely AAA33. He pot size bet and I shove he calls and guess what....oh oh. When the cards turned over the whole table went ballistic and my pro buddy left the table. The point here is it can happen both ways...learnt awhile back in NLH there is no usual or unusual...it's just poker. Blink
