Didn't receive a reason, only an email saying everything is good to go. Saturday was my first attempt. Sent emails Mon and Wed and on Fri done. Wed they asked me to send them the error msgs...did that. Next had to wait for the tech team. TBO the whole situation is kinda odd. Made the header on the second email try to appear more urgent after that they did pretty good.

my brother had deposited money in ballpoker account without any problem by moneybookers .However when he is withdrawing money then it is taking long time for withdrawal .After he send email to support they are telling it might take 10 days for withdrawal process .Also support replies to emails after many days time span. Now it have been 8 days. So not sure whether he will receive his money or not.Whether any one has faced such withdrawal issue with ballpoker

It took from 5th to 19th of july to receive money from ballpoker...there was also a lack of communication with the payment department but finally money reached my pockets.

Seems unusually long...time wise...so one needs to plan ahead and be patient. Did you have to go through any ID hoops back and forth?

Nope. I have never been asked, and never sent them, any kind of ID documents: nor when I created my account neither when I asked to withdraw (btw used skrill/moneybooker to deposit and withdraw).
In my opinion the long time it took is not a good sign.
Even when I read their withdrawal policy I didn't feel good sensation, particularly the ones of revolution network.
Let me C/P part of it:
"Special Withdrawal Conditions
We are offering a minimum of one free withdrawal per 30 day period. We may charge for more frequent withdrawals a fee of 10% of the withdrawn sum up to a maximum of €20 We reserve the right to delay any withdrawal of winnings* exceeding the aggregated sum of €10000 for 60 days In case the winnings originate from Revolution Poker Network we reserve the right to delay withdrawal of winnings* exceeding the aggregated sum of €1000 for 120 days
* Winnings are defined as the sum of the total deposits and withdrawals you have made on your account."
/CP
Anyway I'm doing quite good there and the first withdrawal (slowly) came home. So I will keep on playing there for now.

The last time i cashed out from Cake poker it took about a month And that using Moneybookers. So while it took some time, there are worst cases than that.
