That's quite a lot for a fee, however, neteller does have some transaction fees about 1.9% add some currency conversion and that would be 5% at most. you can ask for help from neteller, they have chat support

I just had a look at my transfer history
They have credited me with 153.89 cheap EUR which is $15 less instead of $250. I dont know why in the world they gave me less or EUR instead of paying back with $ which i use. I have wrote a mail to them now that they owe me $15. Lets seee what they say.

oh well, apparently i hit the EUR instead of the USD when i cashed out. So they transfered 153.89 EUR to my neteller, and neteller took a 2.5% fee for changing it back to USD. Expensive mistake
