I asked for a € 350 withdraw on 5th of july and money arrived on 19th of july.

Then I asked for a € 650 withdrawal on 5th of august and I am currentlyl waiting for money to come.



I'm still waiting ....I wrote them some mail and they anwered: "Unfortunately we are currently experiencing delays with transfers and , however, please note that your withdrawal request will be processed as soon as possible"

Never good to see such delays when you use ewallets.
Since it takes a few seconds for such a transfer,this can only mean one thing.
That they are out of money, and waiting for funds to come in.

From what i see here, you better stay out of it, since your bankroll is low now.

I am really tired of this site. I made a withdrawal on the 30/7/13 only for it to remain pending for eight days!!!! Finally it was processed on the 08/08/13 and I'm still waiting for it to hit my account!

Countless emails have been sent.....I've never ever had tobwaitvso long to receive a withdrawal.

No contact number, minimalistic replies.....

The latest email reply has said my enquiry has been sent to the payments team to look at! Does this company ever expect to retain custom?

Received an email from them saying basically the same thing....they're having problems processing cashout requests and they will process mine ASAP. Hate it when going against my gut. It's been three weeks. Longer this takes the worse it looks...last time this happened to me...lost me whole roll Sad on that particular site. Won't be the first time starting over. Aww crap!

Tired of all these s**t sites;I tried to lose the money by playing slots so that I can forget the bloody damn issue,end up doubling my bankroll Confused

Guys cmon, lets not take this is of fast and maybe worng conclusions! Iam still witing for my cash out too, but iam not afraid to not receive the Money! Yes its true the site is taking a little bit longer than normal to withdrawl, but i dont see a way we are not going to receive our profits!

sndelight with such delays on cash outs, you need to request one, to get in the queue.

I have been told that there's a problem with their integrated server.....what ever that means.

How many more emails should I send until I resign myself to have been conned by this company!

Been waiting since 08/08/13....from what your saying here looks like they don't plan on paying out any time soon. This happened to me last year on another site. What usually happens from here is they shut down and everyone losses all their money. Next someone else takes over and may offer some sort of compensation by restoring ones balance, playing more, and at a predetermined rake one can cashout again. Been here before and it's not nice. After this, will not be depositing or playing any small sites...don' care who recommends them...just isn't worth the aggravation.

I guess you've probably been sending emails to there non existent support as well getting polite " I know Nothing" replies. Well, not as bad as that but they might as well be.

What's get me annoyed is that bankroll mob still have them on here with the bonus offers? Why promote a site that's treating its customers so badly?

Yeah, I'm having a moan at all now, but £180 is £180 quid lol

The requirement of no older than six months is almost like a law when they are requesting proof.

Sent valid drivers permit at the same time, the bill issue is smoke n mirrors...too easy to fix. The real issue is them telling me not to expect a transfer any time soon. There are too many of these sites that think players are stupid and treat them as such. Wonder if the prop players got paid as well as the affiliates...they usually get paid first. By then there is nothing left for anypne else.

What an absolute joke, I've not been asked to provide ID but I guess that's coming next!!!! Pile of horse manure !!! I've given up now and will leave it there. I just hope people read this to show them what a pony site this is!

I made a withdrawal which was processed on 8/8/2013.
I still have not received the funds back to my account.
On a previous enquiry I was told that I would have to wait 14 business days for the payment to be made.
It has passed that time period now and obviously very concerned.
Can you please help me with this and investigate what is happening to my withdrawal? I would like to know exactly what's happened to my money. As a new customer, I'm very concerned about this.

Have you had a response yet from the payments team. If not , can a phone call go in about this. Seriously, the withdrawal was made on the 30/08/13 and processed on 08/08/13 well over a month ago, and this is simply not good enough.

The issue is not with our payments team, but with the integrated payment processor (gateway provider). Unfortunately, they do not communicate with our customers directly.
