Wasn't asked to submit ID either...only thought it would speed up the process....LMFAO... It's an unfortunate situation becoz BRM has such a good track record and a pee wee poker site is giving them a black eye...unbelievable.

Congrats on the payout...maybe a couple more weeks to wait. Deep down really hope they can get it together...at this rate they'll lose more players than gain. Funny thing about partnerships...if everyone involved isn't on the same page can make for a rough ride.

just checked my email and happily discovered they paid me my �650. It took about a month and a week but most important is money came to my side.
Happy also because I havesome other hundreds in my pokeraccount and hope they will still pay me in the future.
Just today, by pure coincidence I was checking Ryanair site to have a look at how much would have cost me my traditional yearly surf trip

Apologize for receiving money with more than a month of delay? The doubt was legitimate imho. Anyway I'm happy I agree with you about ballpoker being a trusteable room and I'll keep on playing there

I always try to do it at the tables: I learnt to recognize them very fast...hope I will be as fast in the water also

It is a good thing for all that they finally paid up. But as magatt noted above there is no room for apologies. When you make a simple comparison in times between Full Tilt which literally takes less than 10 minutes and them which takes 5 weeks... then you see that some nagging is completely understandable.

There is sill a problem with my deposit bonus...doesn't seem to be tracking the rake. Have accumulated double the rake so may be receiving some more money today. Have to send them a screen shot of the cashier page.

thx magatt...if they get my rake sorted out ...will have another pay day as well seems it hasn't been tracked and have double the rake that is now indicated in my cashier page...that means will have cleared some of the bonus as well.

Hello, maggat can you log in on Play2B ? i cant... i dont see the Play2B anymore to enter on it. Any1 else have this problem, that cannot enter on Play2B? I see only Play2B Star , that i need to download, and Revolution, same. But i have money on Play2B and want to play there. Not to dowload , send the money and play somewhere else.
Have the same problem here...downloaded Play2bStar and can't log in. Tried to get back to Play2b and it doesn't exist anymore...waiting for reply from support.

Maybe we should wait a bit more till we can log in on Play2BStar. I pressed update profile, maybe few hours or tomorow will have it. I send an email to support aswell, asking a few question. If i send money from Play2B to Play2BStar, and win some more, can i withdraw them from Play2BStar without depositing on Play2BStar too, or can i send them back to Play2B and withdraw?

I believe if you have a main account where you transfer money between softwares it wont be necessary. But then i might be wrong and you need a unique deposit for each one. The logic thing is that if you are cashing out from the platform itself you will need a deposit.

Still can't get the online version to work...downloaded the play2b client and finally was able to log into Play2b. Not sure maybe they scrapped the online version. It will be interesting to see how long this will work becoz in the past the download version wouldn't connect to the servers. At least we got this far.
