We have to stick with the 50x50 for avatars for now, they already take up alot of space as it is But if you click the username it will show up in 75x75. But you can also disable avatars completely from your Mob account-settings page, so it will not show up at all. For some, might make the forum load a bit faster and will make short posts take up lesser space in height.

I noticed the 75x75 on user lookup page. But when I upload an image 75x75 than when it gets resized to 50x50 there is some lose in quality and looks pixilated.

Yes, some browsers is very bad at resizing like that. If the avatar is important, then I would suggest uploading a 50x50 version - people rarely look at the userprofile page anyway

Click the "Attachments"-button under your post, right after you have submitted the post. Like on my screenshot below.
Each picture can max be 3 mb in size (will be resized once uploaded), but it will require a fast internet connection from you to download a 3mb file before it times out.
