Iv'e written it in a thread I found but I think a new thread with a request for help would be more suitable:
Iv'e just contacted PS support regarding depositing via Skrill and this is their answer:
"While Skrill is a transaction options in some regions, we regret that it has not been made available for players in your country yet. At this time, we do not have information when or if it will be made available in your country."
Maybe I could deposit the money to one of the regular's Skrill account and they will transfer the money to my PS account.

I think I can use Skrill. never tried but I don't see any reason why not. On PS my only options are visa, mastercard or webmoney. I have a webmoney account but to transfer money in and out of it is very expensive.

Anyway you'll have to transfer your money to Skrill somehow from your account, or credit card and it will generate a costs. Tell us better how are you planing to withdraw your eventual winning, since it's forbidden in Israel to play online poker and transfering money from any online gambling activity is also not permit.

You can't pay taxes for the activity which is considerate as forbidden by law, otherwise every drug dealer or pimp could do this to legalize his income ....

Well, It's complicated. Playing poker is not illegal in Israel. There are even players registered as self employed as poker players. If you win a tournament in Europe and pay taxes for your wins it's completely legal.
This is not a black and white situation at the moment
Well, Could someone help me or Pouchi's double handling is the only way? I could transfer the points to all three possibilities (Skrill, neteller or PP).

Playing on-line poker in Israel and live poker tourney somewhere in Europe are two completely different things, in EU you pay tax for winnings in the country you did won and that's it.

They erased the name of the site from my comment - the site that you can transfer poker points to. I want to transfer 50-55$ - this is what I have. if you have something at full tilt that's okay too and if you want to pay some of it later - that's fine.

There are two different things really, one is that you can have a skrill account and the other is that stars do not support skrill transfers for your country...
In this case you can do nothign about it, try and see if neteller is accepted!
