i cant send money to my friends skrill account .. i get this: Sorry, based on your IP address we believe you are located in a country where online gaming is restricted. For legal reasons we cannot process this transaction.

+ gaming is not restricted in my country and i am sending money to friend not some poker site.

Does anybody have similar problem?

Online gambling is restricted in my country since 2009 and I've never had a problem with Skrill account or with sending money to any site.
Why don't you just write to Skrill support and ask them for an exact explanation ?

I did write to Skrill support but they are super slow. Had some urgent problem with skrill month ago and they took 1 week to respond... i just wanted to know if somebody had similar issue. ty mascona

Well I just read your post and was left wondering where your friend is from?
Perhaps the problem is where in the world your target account is located.
I know that some people in the USA have problems sending or receiving skrill transactions.
It is just a thought.

I have never seen this before.
Maybe a mix up with the IP address?
But you are right about their responses via email. They are super slow.
You better try calling them on phone, and watch out if its a special phone with extra charges.

Call them, it's very easy to chat with them if you know english! I called them about a problem i had with my Skrill mastercard.

As for your problem it should work since as you said you want to send cash to a person not to a site Confused

I had a small problem with Skrill when I first hooked up there... I 'phoned' them up and that resolved my problem almost immediately.

Their telephone number is on their site somewhere. If you go there and look under the 'Contact Us' link,...you'll find it.

Why mess around with emails and time when a simple phone call will remedy what ails you...? Smile
