I guess with it being a new month they want to sucker me in thinking I'm going to run well this month. Finished 12th, 9th, and 7th today in BRM Freerolls on FT. Played a total of 4. Usually I'm lucky to cash in only one or two if that. And if I do I usually make the money with its with under 7000 chips.

Congratulations man, nice scores 2FT,1 Close in 4 freerolls thats nice. Keep crushing man, what is your secret for it??
Anyway my advice is to enjoy the good run while it last, you'll go on a not cashing streak afterwards, but fingers crossed for you. Hope it lasts for a good while!!

I folded KK and AK a few times. I find if someone raises all-in pre-flop and I'm not invested in the hand yet I'm better off just folding and wait for a better chance. Took my time and disciplined myself from calling all-ins. Not playing weak Aces. Then today I got knocked out in a BRM holding KK vs QQ, of course their Q comes on the turn. Not much I could do there was only at 1300, got into a raise war with the person to my right and they had me covered.

Congrats on the cashes. Lucky to min cash in these at best, myself. You're off to a good start and hope it continues for you. Had a horrible Aug and was favoured today myself. Must be over a year and a half since hitting a final table. Today (this morning) Hit a final table for 6th and $40.47 in a .55 BI. 2130 runners and 6+ hours later. Made up for the nasty August.

I came across this poker prayer recently... If you recite it before you play,...it might appease the poker gods, and they'll ALWAYS let you win... (not that I'm religeous or anything like that)
God grant me the ability to fold the rags I'm dealt; courage to play the cards I should; and wisdom to know the difference.
Playing one hand at a time; Enjoying each pair as it comes; Accepting donks as the pathway to the final table; Taking as we must, the bad beats in this game, that are a part of it; Trusting that the dealer will make it right if I hang around long enough; That I will rake the big stacks on occasion and be granted the bracelet at the end of the tourney.

Hey, good stuff MFZero, sounds like things are going well. Hopefully tomorrow is just as kind to you (and me as well, ugh, as today was not at all good). Good luck on the tables.
