G'day mate Yes I am still taking a break from playing poker. I will be playing a couple freerolls maybe just for entertainment. I am going to be making a fresh reload soon and doing a combined staking run. I will be playing within strict bankroll management guidelings. Wishing you all the best merry xmas be cool

Hoping you have a good run year for your poker. Your due some good variance.
Starting to hate when I flop two pair now. Everytime I net people call and always somehow hit a flush. Just flopped a two pair but other day had Ace high with Q kicker and was suited. Hit a nice flush on the river. So frustrating as these things keep happening when its a massive pot. My bad luck streak continues.
Variance evens itself out though as I just got into a three way pre flop coin flip and I had a feeling no one had better than my QQ due to the betting before me. One guy had AQs and the other 88. Had a big feeling a ace would come out but my QQ held up for once. Phew.
And two hands later I got AA UTG. There was a bet before me so 3 bet then the person on the BB called and the guy who first raised 4 bet me quite a bit so I push all in and he called. He turned over J8s and I won a big pot. Don't know why he did that with his stack but there was no point but it was my gain. That is enough ups and down poker for me tonight. In the end it turned into a great session after all that crap before hand.
Bankroll: £62.11
Only £2 off from where I was last week on £64. plus I withdrew £16 earlier so a good day for me.

Thanks. Been an alright day.
Just started a session and already it is setting me up and taking my money. First flop a set of Queens with my KQ in the cutoff and of course someone flops a fullhouse with a pair of fours. Then another hand I hit a straight after we both checked the flop and the guy bets out so I 3 bet him as there was a flush draw as well. Guy calls and a second king comes down on the river. Yep, he slow played his two pair AK and by magic hits a fullhouse.
So I either lose to a straight or flush when I have two pair, or if I have one beat they always hit a fullhouse. Thanks poker gods.
Always lose when I start sessions lately. Awesome times.
Oh look, my KK cracked by someones A10 on the turn. Such a fixed night.
Hit another straight on the turn, checked and re raised all in and someone called me with a flush draw. GUESS WHAT F**KING RIVERED. This game is f**king rigged end of. Always hitting theyre magical cards. So a f**king joke this game is
Also chased three flush draws and never hit one even with great odds.
Finally get a pocket pair(JJ) and some cunt has got KK. This happens every time I have a pocket pair. Have KK, guess what someones got AA, get QQ guess what someone had f**king KK. Sucj a hoke and set up
£51 down to f**king suckouts all night. Online poker is rigged to f**k. Merry f**king xmas what a f**king awesome day NOT
------------ Oh look. Another KK and it gets beat by A8s on...can you guess what? yeah the f**king river. I was doing well again. Such a joke how the worst hand always wins, and mostly by flushes.
------------ OH look another set up once again. Had 78s as was in position and it gave me 910J flop. Of course the other person had KQ. CONSTANT F**KING SET UPS AND SUCKOUTS. CUNT.
I made back upto £28 but slowly suckouts and set ups taking my money back down to £22, f**king great. Just waiting to go busto because its going to happen as its a rigged set up cunt fest
------------ And again. Had 77 and gave me a 7 on the turn after we both checked. Set him up a nice straight. Luckily I did not bet much. Keep up the set up ladbrokes you prick. You wont be happy until I am busto
Had enough of this game its pathetic.
------------ Loving the flushes tonight. Constant ones against me. Then I tried fishing for one for a river card and called an all in. Flop was Ks108s and I had A10s. No river luck out for me, guess its just against me.
------------ Another suckout. He did have over cards I supposed but once again its the river. And then next hand after I had a straight and flush draw. Guess what, as usual I dont hit one flush or straight. Last £7 now this is taking the piss. Everyone can luckout and suckout against me but then I have good odds to do so I get nothing. F**k those rigged rngs
------------ Oh its just taking the piss now. Someone just donked his small stack after I raised, I called with 44 because it was only $5. He turns over 22. Awesome I thought. Guess what rivered. yes thats right, a f**king 2. Rigged isnt the word, thats B******T. Keep is coming ladbrokes only got £3 of my bankroll thanks to you and your cunting s**tty rigged Ipoker upgrade. NICCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCCE ONE BROTHERRRRRRRRRRR
------------ NICCCCCCCE annother straight on the turn and guy was slowplaying two pair once again. A8. Nice river ace for his fullhouse after I 3 bet him on the river. Must be the fith time its happened tonight.
Deposited another £19 and only got ten leftalready. have all my money ladbrokes you greedy cunt £70 lost to f**king cunts lucking out, suckouts, flush chasers and downswing alllllllllllllllllllllllllllll night. Poker is awesome isnt it. F**k
------------ I must have cunt and unluckiest cunt in the word tattooed on my body because this game is 100% luck and chance.
------------ I don't want to keep moaning and kicking off oh boo hoo me but all this s**t is beyond a joke and it keeps happening to me and i f**ks me off to no end. If I lose this then I might just f**k off poker for good because even when I play well or are ahead or whatever I still lose. I know things can change but lately it seems the fishes will always win against me.
Luckily no one really reads this thread anyway
------------ £60 is a lot to me really, but hey, when your up and doing well s**t always comes crashing down. Life is uncruel, or is it variance, or is it s**tty rigged RNG's, wh knows
------------ The set ups continue. Gave me a nice two pair on the flop and someone had a set of 6's. Nice. Luckily there was a flush on the flop so it saved me from going all in and losing everything. Sneaky ladbrokes
------------ Whhhhhhhhhhhhhhhey more people chasing flushs and hitting them. Go figure.
------------ I have had about 20 sets against me tonight. Wonder how many I have had? F**K ALL. NICCCCCCCCCCE. £5 nearly there ladbrokes and youve had ALL MY MONEY
------------ All with shands like 33 ,44 and 77 ni
------------ Also, most of those sets have hit a fullhouse on the river. You see a pattern here?
------------ Thats it I quite. Lost £62 bankroll, then lost another £29 I deposited. F**king joke. Got like £4 left and thats it. Had enough. Going to send a f**king sirty angry message to ladbrokes for starters. Thanks world, thanks rigged want your money poker
------------ Just sent the worst letter ever. Will wait for there bulls**t reply then I am done.

2nd X-mas day and first post i read in the morning was your rant-post I laughed my butt off lolllll Respect to the rant total quality
I understand your concern about Ipoker being rigged, totally not the case, you problably know that. Poker is all about patience(tiltcontroll)/skills/bankrollmanagent. You have to have all 3 else you go busto sooner or later just a fact. With skills plus BRM but without patience its busto. With skills plus patience without BRM its busto With BRM plus patience without skills you cant even build a roll
You did skills without BRM and patience thats a big nono
Anyway only 5% of online players are profitable, without the rake it wud be far more but the case is we have to pay rake. Most profitable players are just uber boring grinders, playing their hours to make a little bit profit and collect their rakeback every month to build that roll.
Anyway great blog nice to read
------------ Btw i did give your rant a +1 cos its classic
I'm afraid I'd have to agree with Doomdy here, except that I think it's a somewhat serious amount of money you've lost (depending on your ability to afford it).
Obviously you are not enjoying yourself, so maybe a change would be in order. I find playing freerolls as much fun as playing with a buy-in, but without the downsides.
Nevertheless, since the beginning of the year I've started playing micro stakes cash, MTT and SNG, all with a slight profit. The thing is though, I don't seem to be making more than I did freerolling. I do however seem to be enjoying it less, due to the aggravation of the occasional downswings.
My bankroll is currently about $1250 (that is the net total from when I first started, including any downswings etc, without ever depositing or withdrawing). But most of that is from freerolling, and clearing bonusses, and joining +EV games (where the guarantee exceeds the buy-ins).
I'm still undecided as to whether I can beat the rake over longer periods of time. If I can't, I'll just drop back to freerolls again...
I hope you'll feel better after taking a brake (or even after quitting altogether).

Also for beginner poker players try Short Stack No Limit, Not Full Stack. Just Play NL4 SSS with start $80 roll. Imo the easiest way to build that roll. Not 6handed but full ring.

Well it sounds to me like you really need to take a break. Now be honest amigo, were you playing above your bankroll again? You know that is breaking the rules. You went on tilt and chased your loses by going up in stakes again, did you not? Now you have busted out again. Do you see a pattern yet? I have been there too. I am not judging you, just trying to point out that, if you are going to play a very aggressive style to try and build a bankroll fast, then you must be ready to lose it hard and fast too. I have done it several times myself, and it sucks. take a break and a breath wishing you all the best be cool

I aim to please. I love a good rant as you can tell. Quarter of the losses were stupid decisions but the rest were constant suckouts.(So many hit flushes) I have never seen that many before, then again I poker has always been bad for me. I just remembered I sent a email kicking off to Ladbrokes.
Got a couple quid left plus 5 tokens for freerolls so I will see what I can do with that.
Edit:
Such a joke site. Ended last night with my KK vs AA. Started with my last £3.50 5 minutes ago and played well until I got KK on the button. Of course someone had AA. Had 70p left so just donked J9s the next hand and guess what someone else had? Yes AA. Set up city I love it. Busto now so it's just freerolls for me. F**k this site.
I find it funny as whenever I have AA it either gets cracked or no one calls or plays much against me even when I give them a thin bet to call, but there AA or KK always stand up. Standard.
Got a peanbuts freeroll on in a few minutes so will see if I can do well in that but I won't hold my breath as I suck in MTT's. Feel so depressed today its unreal. Oh well, no one cares, I don't care and life goes on. Merry Xmas.
Edit x2:
Out of the freeroll now too. F**king hate limpers. Isolation never works. Next time I have AK and I am in position and people are limping before me I will just go all in. Had a flush draw and straight draw but of course did not hit it. Hate freerolls. Got the luck of a blind guy at the moment and blind guys never have any luck.
------------ Edit x 2:
On the positive side, I have £16 coming back from that withdrawal and I have nearly 1000 points so I will be getting at least 9 euros rakeback back at the end of the month(1 euro for every 100 points earned) I will have to grind that but don't know if I ever will deposit again, the grind is so long on the lowest micro stakes and I have done it time and time again. I love poker though so no clue...

I remember making my first money in iPoker. I was mostly playing cash games. And then started playing sng's there, which in my limits the collusion was incredible. Lost a big chink of my bankroll and stopped the sngs. But in general the cash games were good in terms of cards and results. At least at 0,01-0,04 cents

Got £7 spare so will deposit and see what I can do with it. I need to figure out what my leaks and maybe change a few ways how I play this coming year. I am not setting a goal yet but making £30 for now and withdrawing £20 would be a nice start so I am break even after putting money back in the other day but I won't count my chickens yet.
Edit:
Not a great start so far. Not hit any flops yet apart from a Q when I had AQ but someone had AA, then I was BB and someone limped in and I just checked as I had 94o. Both checked the flop as 93A was there then another 9 came out. Turns out the other guy limped in with 930. Nice setup and £2 down already but funnily enough I have stayed rather calm.
Variance finally shifted back and I just doubled back up in a three way. Had JJ, someone limped in with 33 before me so 3 bet, then someone else called with QJ, Flop came 83J(Flush draw) The limper acted first and bet out half I pushed all in with my remaining 99p and the QJo guy raised and the 33 guy went all in. So far so good.
There is also a special weekly freeroll going on tonight with some decent enough prize money so I will be trying my luck with that as well.
My bad luck continued with KK as got it twice and everyone folded before me then I got it again on the button. Two guys bet out 4x bets before me so I 3 bet for isolation. One folded and another went all in with his remaining $1.20. I knew it was AA but I had to call for a quarter of my roll on the table. Guy flipped over AA(The third my KK against AA this week go figure) but for once a K came out on the flopped and I cracked AA for once. Nice. Lets hope this small run continues.
I spoke too soon. nice little set up going as in position I got 1010 and flopped a set. nice fish caller called my raise with 45s. Hit a nice straight on the turn fishing. Bang goes my profit. Every time I get a set or two pair on the flop I there is always a straight of flush draw and someone always has it and hits. Bad luck 100 Phisix 1
Got KK again for the fourth time and for the third time everyone folds. It's not like I bet much anyway pre flop with them either lol.

Thanks man. Had enough of 2014 so hoping this year will be a much better one than 2013 in everything including poker grinding. Such a bad year gone for me. Are you still on a poker break?

Here we go again. Chasing a massive pot with a flush draw when I had AK. Massive odds to call on the turn and guess what, hits a magic flush card on the river.. I had TPTK and another nut flush draw myself but as usual I lose to some fish. I played that hand perfect as well but you never win when your ahead and odds are stacked in your favour, well not me anyway. 1 BI left and I should be on £10. Nice, should have gone all in on the turn.
I am not moaning(yet) but what does it take to win a hand with a big pot($14) when I was ahead on pre flop, flop and turn with great odds and massive 3 bets to make his odds shorter?
Also, what are the odds on short stacks donking AK and winning? I know they are always ahead of me when I call with low pockets or say KQ, AJ etc, but they always seem to win with it when I do it I always lose...its weird.
------------ Oh and look at that. Had $2 left anda short stack just under mine went all in so I called with AKs. He flips over AQo. Guess what rivered? Yes thats right a queen. Think this site has an agenda against me, or variance hates me in coin flips.
------------ Got another AK so had to push as I had just $1 left. Two guys went all in before me with A9 and JJ. As usual I don't get any luck and busto another bankroll. Fair enough JJ should have won but everyone else always lucks against me so why cant I once in a while. Apart from that JJ everything as usual has been against me and now I have to wait to deposite another day once I get paid.
Ladbrokes plan of making me keep losing and deposite is working.
