shaking my jumper hard
....Would this be step one in the spider check safety measures? It is for me, after one time I didn't do it I learned the VERY hard way that it should ALWAYS be done. Uggghhh... still shudder thinking about that day now..
Hope the op (if you have it) goes well... and hope your other arm is still capable of de-spidering your clothes.

The spider was the reason I was shaking my jumper so hard that my already weak shoulder dislocated. It's actually back to 99% now with very slight soreness in some positions I put it in. I am also being referred to a specialist to see if an operation or physio is needed.
Been nice not to play poker. Still have 60p on my account so may play with that for fun tomorrow and see if I can turn it into something.
I also could not sleep the other night so I turned on the TV and there was some live poker on for once.(We don't get it much in the UK, that I know of anyway) Turns out it was the final table of a season 10 Barcelona EPT final table(I think that is the one) Was a quite enjoyable final table as well and it made me feel better about online suckouts. Saw a few like AA cracked by QJ heads up and another heads up between 1010 and AK different suited where the 1010 guy hit a set and was 90% favorite to win before runner runner flush saved his lucky ass. So online being rigged is b******t unless I am in angry mode.
------------ That is the last of my bankroll gone. I know it was only a tiny but of money but I just tried this new game on ladbrokes called twister poker. Basically its a 3 handed SNS but a wheel spins before it starts for a random jackpot. Highest being £1000 and thats only on the smallest BI. The top buying meaning you can win £10,000. Doubt people hit the top random wins much though.
Played the smallest one and we all started with 500 chips. I went out first of course with my QJo to someones Q8 and hitting his second pair on the river as per standard in MTT's and SNS's when I am about to win.
Just freerolls left for me now to play if I can ever be bothered. Too much suckouts all the time on online its gets boring seeing it from s**t hands all the time. That 3 handed SNG was interesting though.

Nah. I said I had like 67p left on my Ladbrokes account plus freeroll tickets so I will be using those up, plus I have LP points so I may be able to use them for freerolls or MTT's maybe.
It's Ladbrokes Social Sunday freeroll today so I have registered for that since I have not played it or any MTT for a while. Will make a nice chance from cash grinding. Would be nice to make the money and have a small BR to play with but I will be taking this as a bit of fun and learning.
------------ I actually fucking hate this game now. They are not called suckouts or badbeats anymore because they are some common online it a joke in itself. Standard I call them now.
Just played that freeroll and it's 9 players to go until the money and I get JJ on the BB so I watch to see what the other players so. A player before me goes all in and all the time on this table when he has been donking he has had any two high cards so I insta call knowing I have him beat PF and I can jump up to the top ten of the leader board in chips if I win.. He flips over A10o so I know an Ace has me beat if it comes. 998 flops. Turn is a 7. Then all that is left is the river if I can avoid a A not thinking about the open ended straight, but surely he cannot be that lucky, can he?. 6 rivers. OF FUCKING COURSE. That guy had been sucking out all game and I have had to play properly and really well to get that far. As soon as I saw those hooks I know if I got into an all in with someone I would lose because in online pocket its standard.
So I just missed out from being able to have a small bankroll and all my hard work and over two hours of mind numbing work is once again fucked over by some lucky donk lucking out on a set up straight. I know it's a freeroll but come on, how long does it take to actually win a hand properly for once in this damn game, I see it too much in all games. It's not rigged, but these online RNG's are pathetic.

To be honest I am more pissed off about not making the money and having a small bankroll to play with and of course having enough chips to make a play for the final table(Story of my MTT/FR life though at that stage), but it seems every time I am doing really well in a freeroll or MTT stuff like that always happens. The amount of times I see a fish donk with crap or something low against someone who is about to win is a lot. That guy along with another two I was watching throughout the freeroll would always win their all in's which such crap time and time again, but I bet if I played like that I would lose 9/10 times.
I know it is a part of poker for the underdog or bad hands to win and suckout sometimes, but I see it far to much for it to actually be normal.
I have a token for a deep stack freeroll tonight so I think I will play that. Might take a while to play though.
Btw, this is the new special 3 handed SNG I was talking about. It is quite interesting. Read the link about it:
------------ Second freeroll in a row I get JJ and lose once again. Basically just sat folding for 30 minutes because I was getting nothing and I get JJ on the BB once again. Two small bets before me, then a small 3 bet from the highest chip table leader on the button, so I 4 bet half and a bit what he bet as he still had 10k chips more then me. Someone else goes all in with his remaining 8k chips and the button guy calls. Flop comes down 6 2 10 rainbow so I push my remaining 8k chips to win the pot and the guy has pocket 6's.
Maybe I should have gone all in but he would have won anyway since he was the table chip leader. Why are pocket jacks such a losing hand for me, it's insane. I did not get to ever play and enjoy since I was super card dead. I just find it funny how 7 times out of 10 when against a higher chip stack who has position on me with much lower pockets they always hit a set. Standard bad luck player.
Hoping theres another one on tomorrow as I want to play poker now.
'sigh
------------ Forgot to say the freeroll I just went out in had a better prize structure then yesterdays. Would have loved to have a proper crack at it.
I feel like playing more so there is a BRM FT FR running in a min so I am going to play that for some fun. Does not matter if I lose or lose to crap since it's rather pointless unless I am chasing the leader board.
------------ Hehe, out first hand. Had AJ on the CO and had a push before me so called for fun. Someone else pushed as well. Other two guys flipped over JJ and 66. Think the pod god is trying to wind me up now.

I just asked about them in another thread. Are they only running for a limited time or something?
I think playing MTT's/SNG's would be a nice change from just cash tables at the moment, but until I get paid I have to make do with freerolls for a free BR and practice.
------------ Having such a problem with pocket J's lately. No matter what I do I will lose with that. Think flat calling or limping them may be the best way so I can lose only a little amount, unless I am in a MTT and need to double up or something.

yea i hate pocket JJ too
and micromillions is a series of tourneys that runs for like 2 weeks or so, with tourneys starting at $0,11 (just a few tho, most are between $2 and $11 or so ) but yea there are some really nice ones with big guaranteed prizes and buyins of <$2 and there are always tons of satelites running for bigger buyin ones so if one was serious about it, you could probably play quite a few of those just by qualifying via satelites.
too bad it clashes with my poker break but oh well

Been doing really bad in those BRM freerolls lately. I am either card or flop dead three quarters of the time, or win a little then everything goes pear shaped.
Just got knocked out of one now with guess which hand? Yes the losing hand of Poker JJ for the 100th time. Had 5 people before me min calling so I pushed all in with my last 900 chips(Everyone else had over 2000 chips left) and 4 out of the 5 people called as they do. Chip leader wins of course hitting a K when he called with K8o. Another guy had A10 and another 1010. Forgot what the other hand.
As usual the chip leader hits his magical card. Such a fix is MTT's most of them time.
------------ Really getting fed up with going all in against someone with a higher chip stack than you when you are short stacked. I push with a pocket pair and someone will always have a a higher pair. Get AQ and someone has AK. Or have a premium pocket pair and they call and suckout with a flush or straight.
Just played quite well in a stars freeroll and was doing fine until the blinds started eating up my chips and got a nice tasty AQ so pushed all in and of course a top high stack has AK. 30000 people started and there was around 6000 left and as usual I come crashing out to a higher kicker or suckout as I always do when it starts getting close/closer to the money. Ah well, maybe one day I will go on a mad luck run,

Well to be honest the bankroll management is still under way. I have not gone broke but have taken some large loses. It is still workable right now. Gotta really find it in myself to really start grinding. No motivation right now. be cool

Yeah I have just seen in your thread, S**t happens which is annoying though but you always bounce back. Still no played much myself. An odd BRM freeroll here and there but not much. I may play one today although I was out last night and feel like death warmed up today.
