I cant belive that you still didnt manage to solve the problem with winnerpoker , Why you need only seconds , maximum one minute for depositing , but when withdrawl , or if you want to make something with your money , you must to wait day days , maybe sometimes WEEKS WEEKS. Its sad for players.

You should have got the rest of the bonus already. It took them way too long to found out that you were eligible for it and instead for that reason crediting the bonus at once, they gave a time limit which they didnt keep at the end.
This morning I sent them an email asking them why they couldn't just give me my since the automatic system wasn't doing its job.
They replied with an email where they said they understood my point at that someone from another department would issue my later today.
At 4:35 PM I received two emails which stated that $60+$65 had been issued to my account.
At last!
What I have learned from this:
* Don't convert points to cash until is received * Use live chat if possible * Be civil when dealing with support, but don't let them off easy * Have proof, or try getting the site in question to confirm the status

I dont think they will cause him more trouble now. He already had enough. Maybe the worst thing that can happen is a verification process But that can be considered normal procedure
