Hello sexybangkok. I like that you are posting poker related threads, but first of all when you start a thread it is a good idea at some point to comment on the input from your fellow members of BRM. Secondly, outright plagiarism of other threads is IMO a shitty way to start posting here. For instance, your thread

sexybangkok seems to be a rather enthusiastic new player here with all his poker related threads,...which is refreshing!.....BUT,....maybe bringing those threads back up to the fore-front and continuing them on is a better way to go....
Gotta give him credit,....haven't seen any mooching like SO many others...
At first glance of his username,...I thought it was a chick,...but then I saw he was a guy....

i don't actually mind when someone does this,i mean i'm not a member of a lot of forums so if i miss something there and someone copies and pastes it here, then that's good as i will get to read it then, as long as it's something interesting though.

I had a feeling there was something fishy about all those threads with a lot of math and stuff. They are good, but it felt like... too many in a too short time to come from just one keyboard, kindalike.
Good job mahdorf!
(And I have hopefully prostitued myself into my fair share of the points given out, by this, preeeetty non-contributing post.)

I do mind when someone does this. It's abusing the forum and playing the rest of us for dummies at the same time. Makes me wonder if he really wanted help with something or if hes just doing it for points and specially when most of is posts are questions about situations one comes across when playing and he doesnt even comment on an answer that someone gave you.
Let him start thinking with his own head so he actually learns something. I'm here for 2 years and still dumb as a door but at least I make an effort. Don't come here talking like your Tom Dwan or something and in fact you dont even understand what you wrote, you just did it for 10 cents...
nothing wrong in copy and paste if its useful information, I did one many years ago and its a sticky
oh nearly forgot does sexybangkok get there meat from here ?? ***link removed by admin - hoping that dozn01 would grow up and not post crap like that again! ***

Mighty strange thing. In antoher thread, in the OP, the subject of this thread wrote that he lived in the USA, and hand't played poker since black friday, while under his avatar it says location Philippines.
Seems a bit like a copy/paste-job, to me. And that he actually hadn't even read the post through properly.
But now I can't find the thread. I made the comment earlier today, but now I don't even remember the name of the thread, and the comment is not in the communication-thingie on my page.
Has the Men in Black been working me over, or what?

Looks Like somebody got banned for 30 days, oh well thats what happens when you copy other peoples work to try and earn mob points, like it says in sexybangkok's profile R.I.P for 30 days.

I see that this time the copy paste flood was hit on the "roots". Not a good way to start in a forum. In any forum, not only here.
Some say such posts are informative. Well you can take a couple of seconds and do a couple more keystrokes for yourselves to find what interests you. Is that so hard, instead of accepting this situation?

I already thought the copy/pasting of news articles without referencing the source was pretty lame, but when you start doing that with forum threads come on. Seriously. Posting to get points and take extra cracks at the safe or mob draw IMO, nothing more. If you are a poker enthusiast post some of your actual hands, your actual thoughts, and then comment on the input other members are taking the time to write using real brain cells. Recycling threads from other forums is not enthusiasm but taking advantage of something which can disappear if it is being abused.

Damn straight, Mahdrof.
And for those of you who think it's perfectly acceptable to C&P the work of others; seriously, how much longer does it take to actually give credit to the creator of the writing? An extra 30-40 seconds?
This is a poker forum, a 'game' for adults. I'd expect most people over the age of 15 to understand what plagiarism is and why it's bad.
